Great place

House was in a great location. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. House was comfortable, clean and perfect for three friends to stay at. Everything needed was there. Parking was a little bit of a challenge but Brett gave us suggestions and we were able to find a spot within a block’s distance all three nights. We would all stay there again.

Comfortable and quiet

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, easy parking in a quiet neighborhood with great access to restaurants and to center city attractions. Had a really nice weekend.

A great and comfy place close to everything!

The house was very well located and affordable, definitely worth it! The beds were comfy and facilities clean. Highly recommend for a weekend or longer stay!

Cozy House in Great Location

This cute house had the basics and we loved the location. If you bring wine for your stay, be sure to bring a cork screw, too as kitchen utensils are very minimal.

During my days, I love working at my local architecture firm and engaging in the redevelopment of the city that I call home. I could talk all day about the next new project I am excited about what is going on in the city.

After work, I love exploring all avenues of what the city has to offer. Between the dozens of museums, constant events that are going on, and enjoying some of the most popular parts of the city, to the more subtle locations not every tourist knows about.

I started hosting because I love to travel, and I also enjoy seeing all of the iconic locations every new location has to offer. But I really enjoy the local spots that you cannot always find on typical travel sites. This also allows me to combine my interest in travel with the knowledge of the most historical city in the whole country.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is my home. It has everything from family fun and children's parks, to an exciting nightlife, and everything in-between. Walk along Fairmount ave. and see a wide range of activities such an ice cream shop, open window pet store, amazing outdoor dining, and all kinds of experiences you can think of.

What makes this property unique

This property is set up with maximum security for the best experience for the guests. It also is a corner property so you have the opportunity to flood any room with natural light, or keep the curtains down so you get the proper sleep in the morning. Unique to many properties, use the indoor / outdoor patio that you can open up to bring in the warm summertime air or a brisk breeze when it is colder outside.
