The Historic Lonestar House is the perfect place for guest to retreat, relax, reset, and revive. Located in Southtown Arts District only 5 minutes from Downtown Riverwalk/Alamodome and a block from SA River/Mission Reach Trails. Fall in love with it's cozy farmhouse charm, gorgeous kitchen, and comfy living room with FP. Enjoy amazing luxury mattresses in all bedrooms each with flatscreen TV's. Uber ride is 5 minutes to Hemisphere Tower and local hotspots. 20 minutes to SeaWorld & Fiesta Texas. Convenient to shops, dining, live music, BlueStar Arts Complex, The Pearl, AT&T Center, Museums, and SA Zoo. Only 20 minutes to SeaWorld & Fiesta Texas.
The space
Every inch of our crisp clean Historic Lonestar home away from home was designed with exceptional comfort in mind. Our guest will feel a friendly Texas welcome upon arrival. 3 beautiful bedrooms fully loaded w/TV's, luxury mattresses, a pillowtop airbed and 3 full stylish bathrooms. Your choice of two king master bedrooms up or downstairs and a secondary guest room located upstairs. The master upstairs has a private balcony and work desk and the master downstairs has a serene view of the shady backyard. We carefully selected three premium luxury mattresses plus a queen memory foam sleeper for a perfect nights rest. A full size travel playpen for the little ones. Every bedroom and living room has a flat screen TV with streaming access to Netflix, Disney, Prime, Hulu, free Roku movies, and free Fubo. The home is equipped with a full size washer/dryer and a five burner gas stove for the cooks. Four parking areas in front and driveway plus gated backyard for private backyard gatherings. BBQ grill, folding table and extra chairs outside. Board games and corn hole fun for the entire group. We will have plenty of paper towels and TP onsite plus extra towels. Last but not least Coffee bar and bottled water always stocked.
Guest access
The entire house is yours with driveway parking and neighborly street parking. Lovely private backyard and four seating areas (deck, balcony, and two covered patios). One closet in the pantry will be locked for cleaning crew. Enjoy your stay!
Other things to note:
Southtown is a revitalized historic popular community so expect a few detours every now and then. Some areas maybe under construction at times. Nothing too major mostly peaceful days and neighborly evenings. Two neighboring homes are in the works for renovations so enjoy the extra street parking if needed. All neighbors are extremely friendly and have lived in the community since childhood. Don't be shy to wave or say hi. Enjoy your stay!

Our Historic Lonestar House is conveniently located 1 block from the SA River Mission Reach Trails, with access to all major highways. Easily connect to a 15 mile walk, bike, and hike trail plus 8 mile paddling stretch. Local's and traveler's love every part of this up and coming buzzy Southtown community also known as the Arts District. Fun vibes, live music, trendy shops, and brewery's attract an array of visitors year round. The best part of your stay will be the short 5 to 7 minute ride to the famed Riverwalk Downtown/Doseum/YaAlamo Dome Event Center/Market Square Plaza and even better the 2 minute ride to local hot spots, coffee shops, friendly bars, and the Alamo Eats food truck court. Be sure to take a drive through historic King William/Lavaca district for amazing views of the most prestigious homes in San Antonio. Make sure to stroll down S. Alamo Street to the local art shops, restaurants, and stop in for a cold brew at the Friendly Spot (live outdoor music). Here you will find a mix of relaxing atmospheres as well as stylish upscale Tex-Mex eateries such as Rosario's on St. Mary's and just further up famous Mi Tierra Cafe and Bakery. You are near amazing cuisine's from European at La Frite to Latin Fusion at Azuca. The Pearl and San Antonio Zoo are a must see when visiting the Alamo City.
