GOLF PICKLEBOARD RESORT

This spacious home has a fantastic floor plan with Master suite on the 1st floor with
2 walk-in closets. The Master bath has separate sinks, walk-in shower and large
soaking tub. There is a large great room with formal dining with volume ceilings
and decorative fans. The kitchen is in the rear of the home with family area and
breakfast nook which looking out over the heated pool. Located on the 5th hole of
the Lakes course with fabulous views of 2 fairways and the large lake with spectacular wild life. The upstairs is so cozy with a loft and 2 large bedrooms and the 3rd
full bath. Last but not least, is the 3 ½ car garage which is perfect for all of the
adult toys to enjoy in Pelican Sound.
