Why Maggie & John Quinlan chose Myrtle Beach
We were looking for a condo within walking distance to the beach as parking is very difficult during prime seasons. We also wanted a newer building with larger rooms, higher ceiling, and modern amenities. Built in 2007, this building has all of this. Lastly we wanted a property that was centrally located, close to family activities as well as golf courses and that would offer something for every age group.
What makes this Condo unique

Very nice place!
We would definitely rent this place again. It was clean, close to the beach (across the street), near several shops and places to eat. The owners were prompt with replies. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits the area!
Great Condo, Great Location, but there are some things to think about...
We usually rent a large beach house in North Myrtle but this year we had a much smaller group so we looked for something a bit smaller, this condo suited our needs quite well. The condo is well appointed and spacious and conveniently located one level above the parking garage. Lucky for us, we had great weather all week and greatly appreciated the short walk across the street to the beach. There is also a market close by to pick up odds and ends which turned out to be quite useful. Now, there are somethings with the condo that are 100% out of control of the owners. Also keep in mind we were in Myrtle the busiest week of the year. First off, it's noisy. Three of the four bedrooms are on S. Ocean Boulevard, the cars, motorcycles, mopeds, golf cars, trucks etc. go up and down the street all hours of the night, which makes for quite a lot of noise in the bedrooms. The pool was closed one day and we were not notified why or when it would re-open. When I called the leasing office, they had no idea what was going on and had to call me back. Not a big deal, but still a pain none the less, not something we are used to. Also, it's not really a "pool" per say, but a lazy river with a kiddie area and it gets quite crowded in the afternoon. But the BIGGEST ISSUE, by far is the parking. We counted 40 parking spaces (after subtracting 8 compact car spaces and 4 handicapped spaces) for the two condo buildings, with a total of 40 condos, that makes for one parking space per condo. We received 3 parking passes for our condo alone, assuming each condo is giving out multiple passes per unit, there certainly is not enough parking. Adjacent to the authorized parking area is a completely empty lot, that was not being used, even the busiest week of the season. It's quite a pain to come home after a family evening out and have to drive around for hours looking for a space, hoping someone leaves from the authorized parking areas. We were not so lucky one night and parked in the adjacent lot (with several other people from our condos) and sure enough, as we suspected we got towed. It's our own fault of course, a $250 mistake, but not sure what else we were supposed to do since there were literally zero parking spaces available. Seemed quite odd to us that there were not enough parking spaces available but a completely empty lot literally two feet away that multiple people from our condo were getting towed from all week. Just some things to think about...
Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review and for understanding that some of these things are in fact out of our control. Thanks also for qualifying your comments about your stay being at the busiest time of year.
Regardless however there are some things in your post that are inaccurate that I would like to correct regarding the parking situation. We have a total of 84 parking spaces to serve a total of 28 units (both 4 and 6 Br) at the Villas. The 6 BR units are two story units therefore it might appear that there are more units than actually exist. To your point however parking is at a premium particularly this time of year and no doubt it can be frustrating to deal with. Part of this is actually due to the popularity of this complex with its abundant space and proximity to the beach and other amenities.
During peak rental season and at full capacity there is a shortage of parking spaces not only at our resort but others as well. The situation becomes exacerbated when vehicles from neighboring resorts park illegally at our resort. Our property manager is vigilant about monitoring this situation and will tow unauthorized vehicles, and of course the other resorts will do the same.
During this peak period we advise our guests who might have concerns about this to purchase a weekly pass from the city ($30) that allows them to park in any metered space surrounding our resort.
Thank you for allowing us to address this issue and hopefully it will be beneficial for our future guests as well as those who choose to return.

Everything about this rental was great. The location was perfect the price was affordable and the kids loved it!
For our crew, this turned out to be the best place we've ever rented. It was so spacious and well appointed. All beds were comfortable, it was clean and the kitchen was, by far, the best equipped kitchen in any place I've ever rented. I have rented several cottages that I had a great deal of difficulty finding enough pot, pans, dishes and so forth to cook a decent meal, but this condo had everything! I always take a vegetable peeler and a sharp paring knife with me and I didn't even need it! There was plenty of seating in the living area and at the kitchen table to seat everyone comfortably. We were in the hot tub and lazy river every day and never missed not having a pool. Another plus was in dealing directly with the owner. Communication was outstanding and the rate better than if I'd gone through an agency. I will definitely want to stay here again.
We stayed here 5/21/16 thru 5/26/16, 6 adults and 2 small children. This condo was very spacious for all of us and we felt so comfortable, like we were at home! It was fully stocked with everything you may need, large bedrooms and I loved the way it was decorated too, beachy!! The air conditioner was not working very well when we were there but we called the number for someone to come fix it and it was fixed within a couple hours - great service! The pool area was a good size with plenty of chairs and a cute little play area for kids. Excellent location to the beach, very short walk. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Myrtle Beach, close to all the restaurants, Boardwalk, beach and anything else you may need. Another thing that was so great is that the owners are extremely easy to work with and respond to your inquiries very quickly! A great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location is great, close to and in the center of everything. Shopping, Restaurants, and the Beach at your fingertips. We were able to walk and not have the hassle of getting stuck in the strip traffic. Love the set up of the kitchen where everyone was able to set together for dinner. It was a short weekend for us but we plan to stay again in the future when we return to MB. You will not be disappointed. The owners were very professional and prompt with responses to any and all questions that I had. Thanks for the wonderful experience !!!!
