The communication, check in and out process and convenience of the location are a 5/5! The reason why we said a 4 is because the beds were not as comfortable as we anticipated from the reviews and we felt the carpet really needed to be replaced.

We very much enjoyed our weeklong stay in the house. The location of the house was perfectFor our agenda. We were 10 minutes away from our Pickleball camp at Gilbert regional Park. We were five to ten minutes from shops and restaurants. We took a day trip to the Oro Valley. We hiked in Phoenix twice. The location of the house made it super easy to catch a highway to wherever you wanted to go.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we needed, and check-in was smooth and simple. We had a very comfortable stay. Owner was responsive to needs (like adjusting the thermostat). It was convenient having access to a garage since there wasn't much parking available and location was excellent for our visit. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped.
