Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Our 2nd Stay for three weeks

I really appreciate the quick responses I get any time something is needed. That could be as simple as sending a text requesting assistance with a lock issue. The response was always good. We needed help with connecting the cable/streaming services. The property caretakers were very communicative on their availability and when they could come out to service the electronics. The spacing inside the condo is exactly what we enjoy the most. Everyone has their own place to rest and we were not on top of one another.THANK YOU all so much for another great stay in MB!

Upon arrival, the home was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and the beds very comfortable. It does need a bit of TLC and more comfortable chairs. Unfortunately, I had injured my knee before my arrival and stairs in this split level were very difficult for me and both bathrooms were downstairs. I discussed my situation with Chanda and she was good enough to arrange a transfer to a one level unit. I would highly recommend B2 vacations, they respond to your messages very quickly and your issues are dealt with within a very short period. Thank you Chanda and staff for all your help.

Great Getaway

This rental is really nice and quite we loved it. But there are a few things I would like to address with you. The stairs leading to the common area and downstairs are very very slippery especially on rainy days and my wife slipped once but caught herself. I would recommend either some type of glue down carpet pieces or asphalt glue on's. No one ever came to look at the standing water in the dishwasher while we were there so I know it could start to smell later. Last, I hope we left the house in a very clean condition so your cleaners want have alot to do...but we all loved the location. Wish we could've stayed for our other two day here in Myrtle Beach at your rental but I understand that it was already scheduled for another rental. I thank you for letting us rent from you and I will definitely call on you again. Thanks again....Rob & Pam

Why they chose this property

Cumberland Terrace has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
