Ideal home built specifically for family gatherings, multiple families and friend get-togethers. Only 1/4 of a mile to South Shore Drive! Take your pick between all of the beautiful beaches! Conveniently located near Rt.28 in South Yarmouth. Close to dining, shopping, golf course and attractions. Ten minute drive to Hyannis Harbor and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Spacious and bright great room with open kitchen, dining and living area. Comfortably sleeps 16 with parking for 6 vehicles. Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. The house has all appliances including A/C units, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, outdoor gas grill, washer/dryer, 5 TVs with Cable, and Wireless internet access. Large screened in porch and deck, both with dining tables accessed through the family room or outdoor stairs.
Backyard has a swing set giving kids a fun safe area to play.
Enclosed H/C outdoor shower, gas grill, and beach chairs available for guest use.
