Great stay and great place

This location was perfect. It was very clean had plenty of room and was perfect location in the Cape for what we had planned. Very happy with the experience, the pool, and the fire pit!

Great stay in Dennis

We had a wonderful time at the tucked away house with a pool in Dennis. The property manager responded quickly to our questions, the house was very large and clean. Our extended family stay was made even better with the pool which we used daily.

Very bizarre layout and so many stairs!

Nice house with some recent updates, but many more needed. There are MANY stairs and the pool is NOT heated. Our bad for assuming it was for the price we paid. Still enjoyed our visit.

Great Neighborhood

My husband, adult kids and I stayed at this property for a week in July. It was so great having 2 bathrooms with showers plus the outdoor shower. I liked how there were 3 connected but distinct outdoor areas to gather. We had some hot days, but when we were floating in the pool under the tall trees it was gorgeous! I spent a whole day doing just that! The neighborhood is lovely - other reviewers were not kidding when they said the driveway is steep, but we had no issues. The house was clean and the linens were good quality and very clean. We had a couple of issues at the beginning of our week but DelMar was super responsive and took care of it as soon as they could. I wish there had been an A/C unit in the sunroom as that was the most comfortable indoor space to gather. The one unit downstairs didn’t quite cover it. There are a lot of stairs and the layout is not typical, but we didn’t mind. I would recommend bringing flatware as there is not a lot provided. I try not to use plastic when I can so I figured I would pass that along so others can be prepared. Not a complaint - we were fine with running out to get some. The dishwasher was broken, which we did not know about beforehand, but hopefully it will be replaced soon. Not a huge deal, honestly. The area is super close to anything you might need! All in all would consider staying here again.

Large home near the beach, just OK

This was a big house w/plenty of room for our event for 10! Large dining area with table that seated all, chairs def need help.The kitchen is small, but it worked, the island was helpful.The large LR, den and heated sunroom offered more space for our group to spread out.There were plenty of beds and spaces for blow up mattresses. 3 baths, one on each floor.Located in a quiet residential neighborhood which is close to the beaches, the Dennis Public Market and lots of great restaurants. CONS:The driveway is a steep hill;if you park at the bottom you need to punch your gas to get out; if you park at the top you need to make sure your emergency brake works. Listing says 5 cars but only 4 SUV's fit.LOTS of stairs in the house; consider that when booking. It was fine for us but not so much for an elderly person or someone who has mobility issues. The bunk bedroom was great for the snorers but the mattresses were awful and need to be replaced.OK for kids or young people but not for us 50+ ladies! Glad we had blowup mattresses. The mattress on the lower level bed also needs to be replaced.There are electrical outlets that are not code and need to be covered.The lights are confusing but we managed.Dusty and slight mold smell but we opened windows.Game room could be a bedroom. Ice maker and coffee maker did not work. MAJOR CON:neighbor is ALWAYS watching,not only was that annoying but super creepy considering we were a group of women. Reason for 3 stars on neighborhood. TG for blinds!
