The goat, the hosts were excellent, very kind and very responsive. Most lovely aspect of the entire visit was their outdoor swimming pool that is completely surrounded by fences so it makes it secure and private, and they even dog sat for our dogs when we had to go out to an event so couldn’t recommend more highly would definitely go back there again.

This property was very nice and welcoming to pets. We had a great stay and would do it again. The host (IAN) was very nice & helpful. The location was perfect as we went to Salem for Halloween during our stay.

This was an excellent spot to stay in! Ian and his family were super friendly & welcoming! 5 minute ride to downtown Manchester and the T stop makes it amazingly easy to get around the area. Fully backed in yard means we'll likely bring our dog next time we come!

Host was amazing, very communicative. House was incredibly clean and tucked back away from the main house. We stayed 3 nights with my family, 2 young daughters, always felt safe and warm the entire time. Would absolutely rent again from Ian.

This place was as described. Very comfortable, spotless, close to the beautiful beach and a great heated pool. Ian was extremely helpful, responsive and available for any questions. I highly recommend it!
