Everything was wonderful! The apartment was as described in the pictures—beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The kitchen was extremely well appointed for cooking with every bowl and utensil that we could need. We even had a delightful selection of coffees and teas. The bedroom was quite comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the cable tv and streaming services as well. The location was perfect with a short walk to see the twin lights and short drive to both downtown Rockport and Gloucester. Even in a Nor’easter, we had a great stay!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The apartment was true to the listing, clean, comfortable, and a perfect location if you want beautiful surroundings just a short drive from town. We enjoyed walking with our dog along the ocean every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place ! Everything anyone could ask for. The setting, the home all comfortable and inviting.The location was perfect, very close to the center of town, beaches and shopping.Jim and April were very helpful . They really anticipated everything. The home was decorated and furnished beautifully. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here before and really love the couple and the rental. It’s very easy very convenient great location and a great place to relax and have a nice weekend away. Can’t recommend this enough.

Lovely and peaceful location.

The property is even nicer than the photos. Very homey and a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful North Shore. I am from the area originally and it was so nice to come “home”.

Fun summer trip

Stayed here while visiting my parents nearby. Great access to loblolly cove and cape hedge beach, partial sea views, a properly-stocked kitchen and some fun kitschy touches around the space. Certainly would stay again.

What a great place to stay with very welcoming hosts. Jim was there when we pulled in to give us a tour of the rental and told of us some great beach and walking areas. I had questions prior to our stay about catching commuter trains and our hosts were responsive and very helpful. If you are looking for a location close to beaches and within just a couple of hours of other attractions, with a cozy home feeling , wonderful hosts and amazing view, this your place!
