My absolute favorite things about this house is that its spacious and open, and is equipped with everything you will need, and you can easily walk everywhere for food/Cocktails/Beach.

Easy 8 /9minutes walking/biking to Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary/PismoStateBeach( takes me and partner all of 8 minutes). If you are looking for fun and entertainment or a peaceful vacation all within easy walking distance to food/stores/bars and Oceano Dunes/Pismo State Beach/PismoBeachGolfCourse, this is the House.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood, so your not overwhelmed with congestion from visiting tourists. Great for families because you can actually walk/bike or drive your vehicles onto the beach and park and set up camp for the day. Bike/ATVs Rentals/PublicTransportation/GroverBeachAmtrak Station all within easy walking distance from the House. The house is centrally located so if you have to drive to the grocery stores/WalMart/Target/pharmacy its all nearby.
