We really enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. The rooms were cozy the couch was amazing and the tv was beautiful. We highly recommend and if in the area we for sure will rent this property again.

Comfy, spacious, and clean!

Our stay was perfect: easy check-in and lots of room. Everyone loved the giant, comfy couch, and we enjoyed some of the in-house board games!

Very nice VRBO in American Fork

The property was clean, pretty new, well-maintained, well-stocked with utensils and appliances and had a nice floor plan. The owner was nearby and was easy to contact and easy to work with. We had a great time!

Clean, Comfortable and Cozy

The property had everything we needed! It was clean and beautifully decorated! They even had a Christmas tree for us! The owners were accommodating and very helpful! I would definitely stay there again! Thanks for sharing your lovely home! Happy New Year!

Fantastic space

This is a top notch vacation rental! The decor is classy and up to date, very clean with spacious rooms. We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 2 teenage children. The layout is great for separating guests with a master suite and bedrooms on the top floor and a bedroom /bathroom on the ground floor. The pool and pickle ball court were a fun bonus. The exit requests were very simple and short! Loved that as some places have a very long list of things to do at the end of a stay. We will absolutely look this one up again for future visits.

Amazing!

This was hands-down the cleanest VRBO we've stayed in! We felt very comfortable. We were also impressed at how well-stocked the house was (liquid soap at every sink, TP, paper towels, plenty of dishes, etc). Beds were comfortable and linens were quality. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Check-in was easy (key code). Internet was fast. Easy to communicate with property manager. We had no issues and we plan on staying here for our next visit. Thank you for the great stay!

Clean and spacious townhome

We stayed in this townhome for a week with our 3 children ages 20, 18, and 14. The townhome was so clean, well organized, and spacious. I agree with previous reviews that is well stocked with many items like trash bags, handsoap, and laundry detergent. Check in and check out was simple. The townhome is very quiet. We never heard the adjoining neighbors. It's a nice area for walking and running. We appreciated the pool after morning hikes. Great vacation.

Modern and super clean stay

This townhome was fantastic! Super clean and spacious - we had plenty of comfortable beds for our group and we were impressed by the quality of materials in the house. We definitely appreciated the keurig and the coffee drawer! Our only suggestion - please put house numbers above the garage too! Google maps took us to the garage side of the townhome instead of the front door side and it was confusing for 1 minute but it worked out great! We would 100% stay here again! The owners reached out after our first night to be sure we were comfortable and were so easy to get a hold of when we had a question.

Home Away From Home

This home is really spacious. We loved the big family couch and TV. Close to shopping and the freeway. Lots of additional touches like blankets for the couch and board games. Great hosts!! We would definitely rent again.
