This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 Queen beds and a large comfrotable couch in the den.

▶︎ Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a 6-inch memory foam mattress, a separate seating area, Roku Smart TV, direct access to the lanai and pool, and a full ensuite bathroom. A roll-away twin bed is available in the closet and a Twin day bed allow for a total of 4 sleeping spaces.
▶︎ Bedroom 2 - This bedroom comes with a Queen bed with a 6-inch memory foam mattress + a Twin day bed. This setup allows for plush sleeping accommodations for up to 3 people. Perfect for kids and adults alike!
▶︎ Bedroom 3 - This bedroom comes with a Queen bed with a 6-inch memory foam mattress + a Twin day bed. This setup allows for plush sleeping accommodations for up to 3 people. Bedroom 3 has direct access to the main living area.

★★ BATHROOMS ★★
You'll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, and large mirrors. The en-suite master bathroom has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub - perfect to relax away after a long day out! The second interior bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a single sink.

Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and complementary disposable hygeine products (toothbrush, toothpaste, ear swabs, razors, and makeup remover towelettes) for your group's needs.

As a bonus, there is a 1/2 bath in the lanai that is a perfect pitstop when you are enjoying the pool area. Finally, an outdoor shower near the jacuzzi will help wash away the salt water if you're coming back from a day at the beach, or rinse off after enjoying the pool.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and hot water kettle. Multiple large windows and sliding patio doors bring in all the natural light to make this an airy and bright living area.

There are a few dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal including the kitchen counter and the main dining table. The dining room table is set for 6 guests with an additional 2 chairs just off the den.

The entire area has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

Just out the back sliding door you will find a dining table with enough space for 6 (4 seats with an additional 2 chairs)! Off the covered patio you will find a sparkling pool and hot tub. Pool floaties provided for your enjoyment and ample in-pool and patio lighting to enjoy both day and night!

Recently installed LED mood lighting can light up the entire pool area in a beautiful rainbow of colors. Perfect for night swims.

The hot tub is perfect for soaking and relaxation after a long day out on the town.

A removable pool barrier is installed/available and provides peace-of-mind to prevent unwanted access to the pool and hot tub. Perfect for young children and families.

There is ample parking in the driveway and the covered garage is available for your convenience.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is heated by request and the the 3-hour timer is activated remotely. Longer durations are no issue - just include it in your message when requesting to turn on the heater.

Guest access

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Garage access is limited to our housekeeping and maintenance personnel.

Make yourself at home; your host is just a message away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. You will be provided a unique access code that will be active for the duration of you stay.

Other things to note:

This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.

Please note that we have installed two security cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door, another that monitors the driveway, another that monitors the side of the house. There are no cameras inside any guest areas of the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and video is stored locally.

Please note that smoking or vaping of any kind is forbidden INSIDE. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy. Our property also has a NO PETS policy and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
