Located one block from South Congress shopping, dining, bars, and entertainment, this stunning home is ideal for 6 guests looking to enjoy the Downtown Austin scene. This two-story home was built in 2020 and features an open floor plan kitchen and living area. Large windows provide lots of Texas sun and a small fenced-in area and deck with outdoor furniture is set up for relaxing or dining al fresco. The kitchen is stocked with essentials. Two parking spots included + plenty of street parking.

We really enjoyed our stay in Austin! The accommodations we perfect- cleanliness, safe neighborhood, comfy beds and perfect area in SoCo- in walking distance to tons of shops, coffee cafes and restaurants. Austin, our host, was kind, organized, professional and responsive! I plan on returning with my family and will stay here again! Highly recommend.

Book Now for UT Graduation 2026!

Outstanding property and location! Prettier than the pictures! Comfortable for several adults and relaxed entertaining. Kitchen is beautiful. House is immaculate. Easy walk to great shopping and dining on South Congress. Quick Uber to UT for all the graduation festivities or any other activities. Loved it!

Austin Boy's Weekend

House was well cleaned and equipped. Only nit is with living room furniture. The couch and footstool show extensive wear and tear. Not really seating for more four people. The breaker for the washing machine tripped twice. Also, an extra set of towels would be nice. Otherwise very pleased.

Great house, great location

Awesome, clean, modern house that is truly in the heart of So Co. easy walking to great restaurants, shops, and cafe. Host made all the instructions for check-in/check-out easy and clear. 10 of 10 would recommend.

Modern layout at great location

Nice modern style house layout which is within short walking distance to all the shopping and eating South Congress has to offer. Functional kitchen with outside grills makes home cooking for the family easy. Host checked on us regularly to make sure all our needs were being met.

Everything you need!

Three adult couples stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. Although we were out most of the day, there was plenty of room in the kitchen and living room to hang out, watch TV, eat and drink after a long day. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathrooms. The property manager was super responsive from the day we booked 6 months ago! HEB delivered our grocery order super quickly!

Eclectic Neighborhood

The four of us enjoyed our stay at a very clean house with all the amenities needed for comfort. The neighborhood was safe, had a variety of venues and was very handy to South Congress Street. Only one challenge was that it was difficult to locate at night when we arrived with Uber due to the rear entrance.

Great location to enjoy the Congress area of Austin

We attended my neices wedding. We could walk to the venue at the Congress Hotel. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to get to from the airport. Great to have multiple bathrooms to prep for the wedding festivities. We felt safe walking around the area.

Great stay

Great location. Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, bars with music and coffee. Really nice rental, feels like new with everything you need. Will be back again.

Great Place Perfect Location

Spent three nights here! Home was clean and bright and located in a great neighborhood. Communication with Austin was easy. I would definitely recommend this home.

Austin weekend

We had an great stay at this beautiful home. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. The only slight issue was that we could not find the TV remote. It wasn't enough to ruin the weekend because we didn't spend a lot of time inside. I would highly recommend staying!!

Beautiful home, great location

Spent a week working (and playing) in Austin in January, and this space was perfect for us. The location couldn’t be better, the space was clean and well stocked, and the beds and bedding were A+. I travel to Austin often and will definitely put this on my list of places to stay!
