From your 8th floor Gulf-front balcony, you'll overlook a 1700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your expansive living room, there are views from every angle! The living room offers plenty of seating with a coastal blue sleeper sofa (queen-size mattress!) and coordinated recliners. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen smart TV, a video player is also provided for movie nights!

Prepare an entire gourmet meal or just a quick snack before heading to the beach, in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. Gulf views can be appreciated from the kitchen as well! The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc.! Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area that comfortably seats 6 people at the dining room table with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The guest bedroom offers a two queen sized beds with high thread count linens-it's like your sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy access to the en-suite guest bath that provides a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom can be accessed from either the hallway or guest bedroom so it's great for anyone using the sofa sleeper.

You must register in advance for parking/amenities. Prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to do so. Your registration packet is picked up from security from arrival. You are limited to 2 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.
