Quiet clean comfortable and close to all the activities

It's a great place to stay. Close to the beach, Broadway on the beach, Convention center and the boardwalk. Just far enough to have a quiet safe place to stay. Very clean and comfortable for 6.

Property needed to be cleaned up - power wash the sidewalks and pick up trash. Unit had some issues that the owner did resolve. The unit needed some final touches with cleaning - found some dust and the sliding door was not cleaned. The kitchen needed some additional items like bowls to mix stuff and some other baking ware. A can opener would have been nice and again just normal stuff needed to cook in the kitchen. Not all meals are eaten out during Vacation.

Joseph, Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad I was able to resolve the issues you mentioned during your stay. However, I’m surprised by the comments regarding cleanliness and kitchen supplies, as none of these concerns were communicated while you were in the unit — I would have been happy to address them right away. As for the exterior of the building, that is managed by the HOA and unfortunately outside of my control, but I will forward your comments to them. I always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so I can ensure a comfortable experience in real time.
