2nd floor+elevator, Beautiful, calming and relaxing condo. Let this be your gateway for family and friends vacation in the Grand Strand with great 3 bedrooms 2 baths. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Fully stocked kitchen with all basics, sleeps 8, lake and pool view!
*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo, 1 king bed, 4 single beds, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.
*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
* washer/dryer in the condo.
* Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pet friendly: pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. (more details look for 'house rules')
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
*Linens for each bed are provided.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (hanging by the door) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
