Welcome to our beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo in the lush surroundings of Shorewalk Vacation Resort. Our condo is just over 1250 sq ft with plenty of room for families of 4 or 5 or 2 couples. The condo has been re-modeled to a high standard with new tile in master bathroom and shower, new tile throughout kitchen/living area and tile on the enclosed lanai overlooking the lake. There is a TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. The kitchen has all modern appliances with a breakfast dining area. From the lanai you can watch life go by or relax on the deck by the clubhouse. There are 2 heated swimming pools for your enjoyment and also a Jacuzzi/hot tub. Play a game of energetic tennis on one of the two courts or shoot some hoops at the basketball court. There is also ping pong tables or a pool table for your enjoyment around the swimming pool area. Shorewalk has a 30 acre site of landscaped gardens for you to enjoy a walk around. There are numerous restaurants for lunch and dinner, Publix food store is a short walk around the corner as well as a movie theatre and bowling alley. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and neighboring Bradenton beach are just a 10 minute car ride away. Our condo will fulfill all your vacation needs and some... Getaway to the beach

Very well stocked with beach towels etc beach toys . Easy drive to beaches and restaurants. Enjoyed our time there.

Great property, easy booking!!!

The place was bigger than I expected, especially for the price. It was clean, and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were really nice, the rooms were a great size, and the living spaces were very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again and highly recommend!!!

Beautiful holiday home

Fanatastic modern apartment with great AC just 10 mins drive from Anna Maria. Lots of equipment to utilise, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Highly recommended.

Great place, close to everything. A lot of room. High ceilings make it feel a lot bigger. Well stocked. Cooler beach chairs and umbrella a big plus. Very warm clean pool.

The unit was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The only note we have is that the sheer curtain on the patio sliding glass door left us feeling a little exposed at night. A second heavier window covering for evening would have been nice. Be aware that this is a second-floor unit and there is no elevator.

we would not recommend this condo, to any body because the furniture is very uncomfortable, not maintained very dirty, no bed linens ,picture of condo furniture different from actual ones shown love the area every thing in close proximity but would definately book a nicer condo!!!!

Guest called me 3rd day of arrival to say not happy with cleaner,i went there within one hour and she was not happy with stove which i replaced the next day with a brand new one.We have a linen closet full of clean sheets ,towels etc.Pictures of sofa are old i purchased new ones which i might add are very comfortable 6 months ago.I also spoke to her on last day to make sure she had a nice time and she said she did.First complaint in 7 years.

A lovely property in a great location. So close to the stunning beaches of Anna Marie island.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Neil was quick to get back to answer any questions I had. Family loved the condo and had everything we needed. We would definitely use this place again. Loved how close we were to everything, beaches and shops. Thank so much 😊

Florida Family Wedding

Our rental was great! The unit had very nice new bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and a beautiful new kitchen. We were very comfortable during our 5 day stay. Publix is right around the corner so we were able to stock up on breakfast items, coffee, snacks and drinks. The Condo is very well equiped with plush towels and linens and a fully equiped kitchen. A screened balcony and scenic landscape. We appreciated the cooler and beach towels as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town. Easy access for all of the beaches and a quick ride to and from the airport. Thank you Neil. He was a very accommodating owner!

Neil and Caroline Halfacre emigrated from London, England 15 years ago looking for the American dream. We found it here in Bradenton, Florida. We purchased our Shorewalk condo 7 years ago and have had many happy times there with our children Ruby and Charlie. What we like most is the safe atmosphere of Shorewalk and the fact that you can park your car and walk everywhere. Shops, restaurants, movie theatre, bowling alley and all the facilities of Shorewalk Resort.

Neil and Caroline chose to buy a condo in this location for the use of ourselves and our families from overseas because of the great location and all the amenities. We hope that you too can enjoy it as much as we have over the years
