The Space:

Step outside and the beach is just a minute away - sand between your toes, salt air drifting through the screened-in patio, and Cocoa Beach unfolding right outside your door. This one-bedroom condo sits in the heart of town, close to Lori Wilson Park, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and a string of restaurants locals swear by.

Living space

The space carries a coastal cottage feel, with nautical paintings and beachy furniture setting the tone throughout. A dedicated workspace gives you a spot to get things done, and the TV is there for downtime between beach trips. The complex itself has stayed in the same Cocoa Beach family for three generations, who continue the tradition of welcoming guests to their favorite stretch of Florida coastline.

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is outfitted with one queen bed dressed in cotton linens, plus extra pillows and blankets on hand if you need them. A closet offers space to unpack and settle in.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric range, oven, microwave, and a drip coffee maker for getting your morning started. A toaster and cooking basics are on hand too, and a bistro table for two is the perfect spot to plan your day over coffee.

Bathroom

The private bathroom has been newly renovated and comes stocked with shampoo, body soap, a hair dryer, and plush towels - everything you need after a day in the sun.

Outdoor space

Wind down on the screened-in patio with a cold drink in hand, or make use of the outdoor furniture and beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - provided for your stay. A shared backyard adds a bit more room to spread out.

Location

You're a one-minute walk from the beach, with NASA rocket launches visible from the area and Cocoa Beach's parks, surf shops, and local restaurants all within easy reach. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a home base for exploring the area, this unit offers a quiet, comfortable spot to return to each day.

The Neighborhood:

Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for onsite parking at unit. Many places are within walking distance locally. (beaches, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
