Beautiful, luxury, beachfront property. Townhouse style floor plan, but it is a condo located on the 2nd and 3rd flrs. 55' smart TV with Roku box and cable channels in living area and bedrooms. Granite counters and tile throughout. Top appliances, full washer and dryer and new furnishings. King Size bed in MB. Pillow-top mattresses and full linens, Ralph Lauren bedding, extra pillows and blankets. 2nd bedroom has 2, pillow top queen beds and this bedroom has a fold out futon for added sleeping. Black out curtains in MB and 2nd bedroom. Extra linens and pillows available.

Gorgeous balcony with full pool and ocean view, George Forman grill, seating to look out over the heated, salt water pool and ocean. In living and bedrooms there are Roku boxes on all TV's. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room.

We have added a foldable porta crib, sheets and baby gate and baby items if needed.

Also includes beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, fishing poles, golf putting irons and golf balls, (there is a small putting green next to the pool). Condo has 2.5 bathrooms.
This unit is located 2 beach complexes from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Lots of night life and family activities. Surf lessons and rentals available on beach. all water sports available on beach. Our unit includes two surf boards, boogie boards, plenty of beach chairs and beach games. Beach towels, sun block, sun glasses and beach items.

The condo was within minutes to the beach. It was clean and smelling so fresh when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and the condo was full of supplies. The host was very responsive when I had any questions. Overall it was a good stay!

Fun for everyone

Great location, close to the pier. Pool was nice to swim in after spending the day on the ocean. Owner was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Full Service

Our recent vacation, Dad with 2 teens and 2 tweens (all girls), was a huge hit. The unit has great views of both the pool and beach and easy access to both. Covered parking is a huge help with the sun and heat. Everything is included, down to boogie boards, beach chairs, DVD's, plenty of cooking pans and utensils and linens (another huge convenience). The girls loved the TV's in every room (including their bathroom), the comfortable furniture and fun decor. We all loved the short walk to the pool, very short walk to the beach compared to others, only a block to the Pier (the waves are better there), a few short blocks to a major grocery store, 1 mile to Ron Jon's and close to many great restaurants. The day typically went like this, eat, pool, beach, pool, eat, pool, beach pool, eat and so on. Every last girl learned to love body surfing and boogie boarding. We loved it.

Nice place, managers a bit fussy

Beatrice has a nice place, beach access and pier nearby. Pool is nice but managers are a little ridiculous and emailed the owner immediately after telling me that drinks couldn’t sit by the pool. There is no sign stating that drinks aren’t allowed within 4 feet of the pool. My drink was in a covered container as stated on the rules. The manager moved my drink and also moved our bag which was sitting under an umbrella and it was raining. Said she had to put umbrellas down but there was no wind so our bag was soaked. Overall a good stay otherwise, wish there was a restroom by the pool as it’s a bit of a walk to use the restroom as you have to walk around the building to access the second floor entrance to the condo.

Nice complex

My wife and I spent 4 weeks in Bea's condo. Location is excellent, with a great ocean view. The complex,while older, is well maintained and all the residents are very friendly. We found the condo to be adequate for our needs, but could do with a bit of decluttering, particularly on the balcony. The furnishings on the balcony are very old and uncomfortable, and while it is nice to have some flowers, they take up a significant amount of room. The bedrooms in the condo are very spacious and the bed in the master is very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient, but having them in the master bedroom closet does minimize closet space available. The kitchen is well equipped, but small. The dining area is cramped and seats only three, though there is a breakfast bar. A group of four would not be able to dine at the same table. The entertainment system is great, and probably the best we have ever had in a rental unit. Bea is a pleasure to deal with. She is very quick in responding to inquiries, and her welcome package is very useful to first time visitors to Cocoa Beach. The half bath on the main floor needs to be looked at as there is a very musty odor which does not go away. This is a very affordable place to stay if you want a great view and a location close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Happy Couples at the Club!!!!

Husband and I got lucky to find this condo available due to a last minute cancelation.The view is the best in the condo.We loved mornings on the balcony with our friends for coffee and sunrise,then repeated it in the evening with wine and sunset! For more excitement we had a 2 minute walk to the pier for lots of activity,surfers,restaurants and outside bar overlooking the water.Our condo was was extremely well cleaned upon arrival and had anything we needed.We are 2 couples in our 50's so appreciated having big beds and bathrooms for each bedroom as well as a 1/2 bath downstairs.Tv's in each bedroom and big one in living room.We had a bit of trouble getting TV to work so called Bea and she insisted on calling bright house to come check it..They were there same day simple fix.Bea made it all so easy.She had two forms (not a stack) to fill out and simple helpful instructions.She also went out of her way to mail us a packet with coupons,pamphlets ,maps Restaurants and much more at her own expense $6. Super nice we used them. Husband loved the putting area and we loved the super short walk to the beautiful sandy beach.We all spent an hour or so around the refreshing clean pool before heading out to dinner.It was a great week with friends at a perfect place.Thx Bea lovely condo but cozy too! Great Place

This was our first ever VRBO experience and it was a pleasure! Relaxing was the goal and that’s what we got. Avon by the Sea had everything we needed and more. A/C worked great the entire time we were there. Beach items (boogie boards, surf boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc) were available for use and saved us money in renting. Covered parking space to keep our vehicle cool was great! We really enjoyed our stay here and will probably stay here again!

Broken Pipe-Couldn’t Stay

Unfortunately, with as beautiful the view and nice the condo, there was a broken pipe in the Master Bathroom that hence caused issues with the living room ceiling. We were notified the day before via email and stated that we would just have to use the other 1 1/2 bathrooms. It was an inconvenience because we had a teenager staying with us that isn’t our child, so we purposely chose a condo with a master bathroom for privacy. When we arrived, there was definitely a water leak on the couch and the ceiling was chipping off. We tried calling the owner, left messages, even emailed and we didn’t receive a response back until 3 days later. She wasn’t very responsive of us and our complaint, at first. We ended up renting a different place, so we paid for two places for one week stay. Ouch! She promised us an inconvenience refund but we have yet to see it and it’s been a month and a half. Overall, it is a nice condo with a great view but we were so disappointed in the lack of communication and response to our complaint.

Beautiful condo, great beachfront location, lovely owner!

Our family recently enjoyed an unforgettable 7 day vacation at this fabulous property! The photos simply do not do it justice, much more beautiful in person. It really felt like our own beach home and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We loved the location and convenience of this property, minutes to the pier, restaurants and shopping. Most are walkable but we did enjoy having a car to tour around the area and unit has a covered parking spot. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony that overlooked the pool and had a stunning ocean view. The main floor is quaint and comfortable with an oversized sectional, perfect for rainy day movies. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need including a dishwasher for easy clean up. There is also a convenient powder room on this level. We love that the bedrooms were on the 2nd level, it is perfect for families with children and gives everyone enough privacy. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and there is a washer and dryer inside the master closet. Having the laundry facilities was a real plus! Another bonus is that the owner, Beatrice provides you with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation including chairs, beach umbrella, lots of towels, even boogie boards. Our family can't thank you enough for letting us use your beach home and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful Condo in Cocoa Beach

We had a great time at this beautiful condo located in Cocoa Beach, from the balcony you have a great view of the ocean and pool. Everything you need for a day at the beach is available for use in this condo. Bea the owner was amazing to work with and always available. If I knew for sure we would return next year, I would definitely rent this condo again.

We have been to Cocoa Beach before to visit family and were looking for a place to rent nearby. This unit was perfect and is highly recommended. Here are some of the highlights... - well stocked including beach chairs and beach towels - comfortable beds - convenient with excellent appliances (including laundry and filtered water) - dedicated parking place - friendly community with onsite manager - great view of ocean - owner is very personable and responsive - near pier and port

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

We just completed our stay in Cocoa Beach. Honestly, it was very difficult to leave. We live in Minnesota and it's been a brutally long, cold, snowy winter! So, we were really excited to come back to Beatrice's property on the beach! We arrived to find everything immaculately clean and ready for our stay. Check in and out was really quick and easy. The place is perfectly located. Right on the beach, yet just a little over a block away from the highway. We spent some time in Orlando at the theme parks and visited Kennedy Space Center and Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. All those things are an easy drive to get to. But, again, the place is literally right on the beach. So, we made sure to enjoy the lovely weather and soaked up some Florida sunshine! We actually arrived in Florida a few days early, so we spent a couple of nights in a regular hotel. That really made us appreciate the roominess and comfort of a 2 bedroom Condo! The kitchen in well supplied with cooking utensils. And, tho we didn't use the TV's much. They were modern, worked perfect and everything had detailed instructions for their use. The deck facing the pool and ocean was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the morning sunrises. All in all. What a great place! We were very, very satisfied and enjoyed our time there immensely!

Wonderful family vacation!

Great location! Close to beach, pier & Jon Ron Surf shop.

Great accommodations! Quiet complex made for a relaxing stay. We used it for a base to head to the Kennedy Space Center. Close to groceries, restaurants and water rentals. We went to the beach, pool, boogie boarded & kite boarded close by.

Beautiful condo, Perfect Locaion!

This condo was so nicely done. Recently painted and done with beautiful finishing touches along with all the little things needed for a great day on the beach! The location is perfect. Close to everything and directly on the beach! You can't get a better view of the pool and ocean. Everyone was so friendly and it made our stay very enjoyable. It was an awesome get away as we enjoyed the salt water, sun and everything the condo offered us.

Great place. Exactly what I wanted.

Perfect beach front vacation!

Cannot possibly have been happier with this property! We are a family of 5, twin 7 year olds and a 5 year old. This place was perfect for us. The master bedroom with en suite and windows looking out over the pool and ocean was fantastic. The second bedroom had two huge beds and a futon, worked perfectly for our kids. They also loved having a TV in their room, perfect for a little winding down after long days in the sun and ocean/pool. Having the bedrooms upstairs is perfect for post bed-time! The large kitchen and living room was plenty of room for our week long stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything thing you need, the appliances are modern, clean, and functional. Our favorite was the balcony, looking straight out across the pool and to the ocean. There are some nice chairs and an electric grill out there for you to use. There are is an assortment of beach toys, chairs and an umbrella in the condo for you to use. Also there is a big stack of beach towels, cutting down on your packing requirements. There is also ample linens for you, even if you didn't do laundry while you were there. The location is perfect, steps from the beach, and the Pier is right there! The property is impeccably maintained. The pool is warm, salt filtered and plenty of chairs/tables for everyone. The boardwalk is swept clean each evening and the manager is always around should you need anything. We loved'd Bea's property and with any luck we will be able to stay here again next year!! Book it, you'll love it!

Perfect Cocoa Beach spot.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is on the Beach, this is it. We could walk out to the Beach, and then we could walk a little ways and be at the Pier for dinner or drinks. We were also within a short walking distance to quite a bit of shopping, such as RonJon Surfshop. We brought 2 daughters, and 2 teenage grandchildren. Something for everyone to do. Orlando was about an hour away depending on which theme park you were going to. The unit was as advertised, it was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The other people in the building were friendly and helpful too. I would stay there again and when we go back to Florida, I will be calling Beatrice.

Was a great place to meet family from North Florida and South Florida. Beautiful view close to the ocean. Had a little problem with internet but was taken care of within a couple hours. Clean, Well maintained with a lot of extras. Will think seriously about staying there again next year . Thank you Bea, you were very helpful setting this up and for being there when we had questions.

Happy Mom of five children! When we discovered Cocoa Beach we knew this was going to be our second home. When we purchased this condo, it was the very first one we saw that day and bought it right then. We knew it when we saw it that we had to have it. Because of the townhouse floor plan, we are able to have privacy because the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and the living area is on the 2nd floor.
We love going to Cocoa Beach and staying at our awesome little get away, every chance we get. We've been renting it out and sharing our good fortune with many families for many years. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this unit because of the proximity to the pier. Not to close yet not far. Only two complexes from the pier, there is always something to do and a great place to eat and enjoy the beach. We wanted to be near the pier and we can go anywhere from our location. Disney is only about 45 min. away and so many other attractions. There is always something to do.

What makes this property unique

When we stay at our spot, we are just steps from the beach. There are shower stations and the pool, just in case we had enough beach. But, we never get enough beach. We also wanted to learn to surf and their are so many places to sign up for a lesson and rent a board, it is very convenient and awesome. Surfs Up!!
