Please make sure the garage remote is in the front hallway basket and that door is locked going into the garage. Lock back and front doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please strip beds when checking out and place all linens in laundry room.
No cigars, cigarettes, or vapes. No smoking! No Candles.
Please take out all trash when checking out and place in bins in the backyard.
