Beach Cottage proximity to the beach is perfect, with stunning water views on three sides, great breezes. Ocean views and Pool views all in one cottage. Large open yard with marsh and water views, just steps to the sandy beach and steps to the Harbor where you can kayak. This property is unique in that it is one of the best bird-watching spots in North America. It sits adjacent to Rachael Carson Nature Preserve. Rent this cottage and invite extended family or friends to come along and join you with the next door cottage which sleeps 6, total can be up to 10 people if rented with next door property, please ask for details if more than 4 people...if you book early, next door with extra bedrooms may be available too!

This cottage is a hidden gem! Perfect for a couple, or a family of four or five. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated in fresh beach decor. Light, bright and cheery. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around deck, and listen to the waves crashing. Grill out in the back garden, enjoy the fantastic sunset views from your back patio deck, morning and afternoon sun on the deck. Free non resident parking and free beach parking pass. Enjoy your freshly steamed lobster and clams, or fresh fish from our general store just around the corner.

Host a family reunion, clambake or rehearsal dinner or wedding in the adjacent garden with fantastic sunset and water views. Or just sit and relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the lobster boats and sailboats. Wedding receptions galore here! Memories are made here! No events will be on site during your stay if you are just renting the vacation cottage.

Mile stretch getaway

Ideal location. Entire house with everything you need and the beach decor makes you feel like you are on vacation. Unreal views all day. Show stopper is the sunsets. Beach right across the street. So many restaurants, gifts shops and community activities going on. This rental is a must!

I wasn’t familiar with this area before our stay. I have to say we will definitely be back! What a lovely and relaxing trip. The views cannot be beat, the beach a short walk across the street was wonderful. This is a pet friendly place, and we had such fun on our walks on the beach and cool people/pet friendly path with an interesting past. The village up the street is completely charming and convenient. Communication with the host was an A.

We had a wonderful time at this house! It’s perfectly situated by the beach, just a stone’s throw away from the charming village of Biddeford Pool. You can even grab some fresh, steamed lobster at the grocery store there. The house offers breathtaking views of the sunset and the bay, and there’s plenty of great outdoor space for relaxation. Parking is also a breeze. The host is incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We even had a travel massage for our anniversary, and this house was the perfect venue for it!

Lovely stay minutes from a beautiful beach

We enjoyed our time at this lovely cottage, well furnished , perfect for our family and were able to bring our dog ( very hard to find pet friendly places to rent). Beautiful beach just minutes away. Sarah , our host was very helpful , gave us great restaurant recommendations near by and was prompt with texts. We hope to retun soon !

The location of this property is beautiful! The house is very bright and spacious . With Beach access directly across the road the ocean is there whenever you want! Very peaceful in the evening watching the sunset over the Biddeford Pool!

This is a beautiful property with peaceful water views and amazing easy beach access. We had a perfect weekend and just wish we had more time and could have stayed longer. Weekend in Biddeford Pool

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Biddeford Pool...our first time in the area. The house was very clean inside, property host Sarah was very responsive on a few questions we had leading up to stay and the view is spectacular! Short walk to the beach was easy to do with young kids/baby and the neighborhood is walkable for an evening stroll as well. We'll definitely be back!

We had just the get-away we needed at Sarah's cottage. She could not have been more responsive whenever we had a question. The sound of the ocean on one side and the incredible sunsets on the other, with a perfect cross breeze through the cottage...wishing we were still there.

We are so grateful that we could spend our family summer vacation, this year, with our dog! To us, that was a plus. Going to Gilbert Boucher beach was only a few minutes walking, and that made it easy to go multiple times a day. It was great that we could walk our dog on the beach before 9AM and after 5PM, and go back again to do "boogie board" and play in the sand as often that we wanted! The cottage is also very near Goldwaith's store, it was fun to walk there in the evening to get an icecream, or going biking in the beautiful and quiet streets. We enjoyed the cottage's relaxing views on the Pool and the confortable beds.We really had a great time and would go back again.

A Perfect Coastal Getaway - Can’t Wait to Return!

I absolutely loved staying at Sarah's cottage! It perfectly embodies quintessential coastal Maine style, with gorgeous views, breathtaking sunsets, and the beach right across the street. You can even hear the soothing sound of the ocean at night! I had never been to Biddeford Pool before, and I’m so happy I found this listing. I fell in love with both the town and this charming home. Sarah was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. I definitely plan on returning!

Amazing, didn't want to leave

This property was insanely beautiful. Views of the pool on one side, ocean on the other. Walk across the street to an amazing beach. It was so perfect! Sarah was a great host, very helpful and communicative. This rental was perfect in every way, we simply didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

The 2-mile beach was a few steps from the front door. We brought our dog who enjoyed running the sands till 9am and every evening. Easy walk to the local market and eatery. Biddeford Pool has a couple walkable bird sanctuaries and the town itself is very picturesque. The rental is on the second floor (18 stairs) which gets you above the hedges for a great view of the sunsets. While the space was a great size, the seating was somewhat awkward. We mostly sat at the table in the dining area in the evening and did painting/beading. It was a relaxing 6 days, which is what we wanted.

Salt Air get away

Like everyone this year we needed to find a place to breathe and find some peace! Sarahs apartment was perfect . Comphy mattresses and a well stocked kitchen . The views were perfect and a 2 minute walk to the beach with our dogs . Looking forward to returning in tje summer . Thank you Sarah

The beautiful lawn and water views are stunning. This is a fantastic, family oriented small fishing village. It is Maine's best kept secret and Maine's best two mile, sandy beach. I love this property May, June, September October as well as high season July August!
