In our spacious 3 story 2,650 square foot decorated modern home, is located in the heart of Port Aransas. Large open living spaces with plenty of room for multiple families, family reunions or large groups of friends. Sitting mere minutes from the beach, golf courses, and a plethora of restaurants. Can’t forget it’s known for the fishing capital of TEXAS, with pier fishing , deep sea excursions, and bay and channel fishing, totally your choice. You will be absolutely spoiled during your getaway here. With the convenience of the included shared pool attached to our home and beach supplies, such as toys, chairs, life vests, and towels to use at your disposal. The pool also offers an outdoor shower to rinse off before you head inside.

The lower level is accessed separately from the main upper two-story space, so a couple or family may enjoy their own privacy and comforts of home. Detached from the rest of the business, even if just for a bit; or the children can enjoy a safe retreat to nap, play games, and enjoy each others company. The interior of the bottom space is made up of an open living and dining area. Two flat screen TVs with Roku and cable access. A full kitchen containing stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans, Keurig machine/coffee bar, microwave, toaster, etc. The space also contains high-end furnishings, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a plethora of board games to enjoy. Four double-size built-in comfortable bunk beds to fit a large number of guests.
Also on the lower level, the garage has been expertly converted into a game room equipped with a tv, pool table, foosball table, and a Ping-Pong table for unlimited friendly competition. A refrigerator for extra storage.

The upper levels, you will be greeted by shiplap accents, bright white paint, comforting beachy décor, and exposed ceilings that create an air atmosphere for all to slip into relaxation mode the instant you walk inside the home. The second full kitchen boasts even more stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, a Keurig machine with a coffee bar, and bar seating. No matter the level of the house you are on, you will have a birds-eye-view of the shared pool to keep an eye on your kiddos and always remain a few feet away! All five bedrooms on the second and third levels contain a flat screen TV with Roku and cable access for when everyone is ready to retreat and rest up for the following day. With two full bathrooms downstairs and one upstairs, sharing amenities with a large family or group of friends will not be an issue.
When it is time to relax a bit, the comfy sectional couch and flat screen TV in the living area will make for an easy movie night. Don’t forget to try out the plentiful assortment of board games that are at your disposal to enjoy!
Alternatively, you may want to enjoy a night or two on any of the three furnished decks. If you want a bit of privacy, do not hesitate to head up to the upper-level balcony, attached to the queen bedroom.

We provide a starter set of toiletries in each bathroom (toilet paper, soap, make up towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash), as well as a starter set of basic household items (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dish sponge, dish towels, dishwasher pods and laundry soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking for up to six vehicles. Depending on the size two small cars in garage and up to four in the driveway also depending on the size. Make sure to watch out for the pool tables etc. when parking in garage. Do not park in the street you will be towed. The city is really strict on this.

Security cameras are on the exterior of the home (Front doors and pool) Cameras are to protect guest, property, and to verify occupancy.
