Perfect location for a quiet getaway to the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze. The house had plenty of room for our family and came with all the basics for a simple vacation. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a laid back, uncrowded beach vacation.

Fantastic home location right on the beach. The beach is really your backyard! Multiple rooms had window views of the ocean and the main living area had sliding doors with ocean views.Nicely equipped home perfect for the family.

Absolutely Perfect

This property is beautiful and couldn’t possibly be explained fully in a listing, it’s stunning, safe, convenient and clean. Our family had an amazing time and will be back if possible!

Relaxing vacation

Property was very clean and perfect for our family. The location right on the beach was excellent and very relaxing. The sound of the waves was wonderful. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this great property! We loved being right on the beach. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of but we had no issues with the house. Would for sure come back and stay again

Awesome place

The pictures don’t lie. Beachfront with private entrance to what is essentially a private beach (very little foot traffic). Large decks on side and in front, nice shaded area in back with lounge chairs perfect for reading or just relaxing while watching the waves. The owner and his representatives are very responsive, and the place has everything you need. Highly recommended.

A great stay on the beach!

The home is simply wonderful! The location was truly top notch, being right on the beach made for such an enjoyable stay. The pictures don’t do the home justice, the outdoor space and view of the ocean were fantastic. The home itself was well equipped, including a good amount of beach gear, towels, etc., for us to use. The kitchen was also well equipped and met our needs. Clean upon our arrival and comfortable beds too! Definitely looking forward to returning to the home for another stay in the future.

If you love the sound of the ocean - it does not get any better

Great house - great outdoor areas with lots of room and entertaining area - great yard - but the magic is the ocean is 40 feet away from the house - and you can hear it, listen to it, feel it sink into your soul 24/7 non stop for days. Food just a 1/2 mile away is a great spot.

Beautiful ocean view

The house and location were great. It was so close to the beach that we never wanted to go anywhere else. The ocean water washing up on the shore was so relaxing. Great views from the house. We have rented many vacation houses, and they never included, trash bags, soap, toilet paper or paper towels. The beds were made with sheets on them, aside from three of the beds did not include the flat sheet. I actually brought three flat sheets.

Phenomenal Oceanfront Experience

We loved our stay at this property. The house was perfect. The oceanfront access was so wonderful and convenient. Sitting outside watching the waves and hearing the ocean sounds made for great napping on the patio. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Three baths were convenient as well. Watching the sunrise every morning was a true delight. So was seeing the hundreds of turtles nesting on the beach at night right from the upper deck. The beach did not have much foot traffic, at least during the time we were there. This area is very residential so it was very private and quiet. Would definitely come back!

Spring break Melbourne beach

This was our first of many trips to this area for us, cannot wait to return! We flew into the new(er) Melbourne international airport and were at the property in less than 30 minutes. The house was even better in person than I imagined. Everything we needed and then some!! The view is stunning!! Ocean was strong, but so fun to watch the surfers. We jumped the waves almost every day. The SHELLS!! So many seashells! Restaurants in the area are all fantastic, minimal waits. The Publix up the street was the best we have been to, people are so friendly and nice. Already missing it!! Thank you to Sujei, she was very responsive and super helpful and available. Truly couldn’t ask for a better host and property. Our best spring break to date!!

Disappointing for the price

We have stayed at many properties in this area and unfortunately this has been our least favorite experience. I think it should be advertised that this property does not have drinkable water (not in the listing and property owner did not even provide a starter bottle/case of water despite us letting them know we had a late flight) and the well water has a significant sulfur odor to it while showering. The house was absolutely covered in dust and animal hair that it triggered an asthma attack and urgent care visit for my son. We couldn’t even sleep in the lower level due to mold/mildew smell in that part of the property. I booked this house because it had good cleanliness reviews and I was very disappointed when we arrived. My husband took the first day of our vacation to clean the property so we could stay and try to enjoy the trip and make the best of it. We love this area of Florida but this property needs some TLC. The outside had rusty roof nails everywhere and splintered decking that was not safe for little ones. We experienced a snake nest under the deck. It was a shame because the highlight of this location is the beach views but we didn’t get to enjoy it fully due to these dangers. I think if you are adult travelers willing to deal with some of these issues, we absolutely love this stretch of beach…but we will certainly be looking for a different rental when we return, especially given the higher price of this rental house..

Hi Kristin, So sorry to hear but like you said it might be not right fit for little children to be walking back patio without shoes in a wood deck. There are many trurtle nests around the beach but property is also maintenance every month as there is exterminator that treats as we do get some wild bunnies at times but assure no snakes have been visable. Also do advertise that it does have septic tank and yes have water softener and always recommend the guests to not drink but again this is to their their choice. Again so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and your family.
