Great Area!

Great location near Midwood Plaza. Super cheap to take an Uber to any part of the city. The house was clean and spacious. Of course we really enjoyed the huge hot tub! There is a bumper pool table that got lots of use. Because it was winter we had a great view of the city. Check in and out were super easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Weekend staycation

As a CLT native this home is the perfect distance to reach all of the popular neighborhoods. The home was beautiful and the pool/spa was amazing. The check in process was easy however vrbo would not allow to messages to be sent therefore had to contact the property manager to get information on check in instead of the manager contacting me. The sleeping arrangements were not what we imagined for the price and how many it states it sleeps. 3BR with 1 king and 2 queens, one futon and one VERY VERY unstable and unsafe desk/full size bunk bed. At most sleeping 11 people. We were told it slept 12 comfortably however it did not. The bunk was so unsteady it would lift up when climbing the steps(good for child maybe not a grown adult). We were told to utilize the air mattress to accommodate the 12 people. However if I am paying the price I paid I expected there to be beds to accommodate not air mattresses. We did not have any wash cloths except 2 the whole weekend, when sending message to property manager about the linen situation which stated was included she states we will speak to our cleaner. Did not offer to bring over wash cloths. There was an abundant amount of towels and hand towels but not enough wash cloths. We also had to ask for departure instructions. As they were not sent to us or posted in the home. Overall the home is gorgeous and great for a girls weekend but would prefer to have more beds and better communication with property management.

Why they chose this property

Love the up and coming Belmont district of Charlotte. It’s an easy walk to its neighboring districts, Plaza Midwood and Noda. Street is quaint and quiet. Top deck off of Primary Bedroom is where in the winter you can see the skyline of uptown.
