The Private Guest Quarters at LINWOOD, Historic Home and Gardens, is ideally located to reach historic Charleston, Dorchester or Berkley counties to work, play, relocate or just visit.The Private Guest Quarters, is a fully furnished, small apartment. It has a private entrance in the historic home known as LINWOOD which is in Summerville, near Charleston. This provides a unique, comfortable and private, living experience for one or two guests. It is on the ground level of the elegant, plantation-style house. The "Guest Quarters" was the original kitchen of the 1883 home which was built by Julia Drayton Hastie, heiress to the famous Magnolia-on-the Ashley Plantation, just 20 minutes away.

Benefit by the ideal location. It is on nearly 2 acres of award winning, secluded gardens with a large swimming pool for resident guests and plenty of off street parking. There is a grill which guests are welcome to use. Walk just 4 blocks to interesting shops and great dining in Summerville. Charleston Airport just 14 miles, lots of golf with-in 10 minutes, beaches 45, boating, historic Charleston 30 minutes.
