Everything you need to start your stay in Summerville. Great location, 12 minutes walk to great restaurants and shops. Two full bathrooms for our stay was most ideal.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage! The location is perfect — in a charming, quiet neighborhood with a short, pleasant walk to downtown. The gardens are absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained.Inside, the cottage feels warm and welcoming with such thoughtful attention to detail in every little touch. Everything was spotless and comfortable.Linda is a gracious and kind host who made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated her hospitality and can’t wait to come back again!
The property was so simple and beautiful. Parking can be a challenge with guests. The grounds are kept immaculate, as is the home. Our contact with the host was very prompt. This property is a gem and will be used again when we return for another visit.
Neat spot with quite a history. Loved the cat greeting us every day. Really liked the little paths on the property and hidden benches. Appreciated the coffee maker, but Keurig is always preferred. Needed an extra cover and that was available and easy to find. Is keyless entry possible?
The house was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful with the large Spanish moss trees. Summerville was exactly the kind of area we are looking for and will definitely be back.
The bungalow was as described and the photos are an accurate depiction of the rooms and outdoors. We stayed for one week with no problems and we were very happy with the accommodations. The rates were fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend this VRBO listing to interested travelers!
We loved everything about this place & hope we can come back.

The stay at the Bungalow was one of the highlights of our visit to Summerville. It was quiet, clean and very safe. We had everything we needed. I highly suggest you walk the grounds of Linwood or ask for a guided tour as we did. It was very informative. You are also within walking distance to historic downtown Summerville. We had a great stay at the Bungalow! The place was clean, comfortable and quiet! Earl Gray the cat gave us a tour of the beautiful gardens. Check in was easy and communication was great! The Bungalow was better than staying in a hotel. We had an easy walk to downtown Summerville.
This property is excellent. The pictures and description are accurate, and the premises are beautiful. The bungalow is close to shopping and it is easy to access various destinations in the area. The host is very responsive as well.
The cottage is located down a short and quiet gravel lane within walking distance of beautiful Summerville. The historic 2 bedroom/2 bath guest house was cozy, clean and very comfortable; furnished with antiques and it had all the modern conventions. With a living room, spacious eat in kitchen and 2 large porch, we had plenty of room. There is also a washer and dryer. Our host could not have been more kind and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at The Bungalow, we look forward to or next visit.
We enjoyed the cottage and the location in Summerville. The cottage was quaint, quiet and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the opportunity to stroll and enjoy the plants and landscaping. The host was great about checking in with us to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
Loved our three days here as used it as a launch pad for our new home. Clean cozy and welcoming in all regards. Owners incredibly responsive to our requests and changes. Gardens ate lovely. Truly a sanctuary and refreshing respite from the hassle and fatigue of moving to a new location.
