"Bungalow" sijaitsee historiallisen kodin ja puutarhan "Linwood" tontilla, 2 hehtaarin viktoriaanisen aikakauden kartanolla, rakennettu vuonna 1883. Se on kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ Summervillen keskustasta. Se sijaitsee kÀtevÀsti pÀÀstÀksesi historiallisiin Charleston-, Dorchester- ja Berkley-lÀÀniin työskentelemÀÀn, pelaamaan, muuttamaan tai vierailemaan lumoavalla LowCountry-alueella.
"Bungalow" on tilava majoitus neljÀlle vieraalle. SiinÀ on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, tÀysin kalustettu, ruokailukeittiö, ruokasali, olohuone, patio, yksityinen piha ja puutarha. Se on kaikki yhdellÀ kerroksella. Master-kylpyammeessa on suihku. Kauniit kalusteet sisÀltÀvÀt kaikki liinavaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet.
Mukavuuksiin kuuluu astianpesukone, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, TV, wifi, pysĂ€köinti kadulla yhdelle tai kahdelle ajoneuvolle, grilli. Puutarhoissa on suuri maanpÀÀllinen uima-allas vuokra-asukkaille. Vieraita kannustetaan nauttimaan vaeltavista rehevien puutarhojen lĂ€pi ja etsimÀÀn suosikkikoteloita yllĂ€tykseksi, yksityiseksi hetkeeksi tai ulkona illalliseksi. TARJOAMME VIHETTÄ JA KUUKAUSIIN SUORAAN alennetut hinnat.

The stay at the Bungalow was one of the highlights of our visit to Summerville. It was quiet, clean and very safe. We had everything we needed. I highly suggest you walk the grounds of Linwood or ask for a guided tour as we did. It was very informative. You are also within walking distance to historic downtown Summerville. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location nestled in lush and beautiful gardens! Very close to historic downtown Summerville with great shops and restaurants.We were in town for a family event and our 2 adult sons stayed with us. Plenty of room for all. Hosts were great to communicate with.

Incredible Stay!

We stayed here last year in a different cottage on the property but could not get the same one as last year. So we got the bungalow. It exceeded our expectations. We love the beautiful southern setting with all of the historic housing in the neighborhood. My mom and I walk every morning to look at all of the beautiful houses, and the property itself has a beautiful garden.This is the go to place in Summerville SC

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful trip! Everything was seamless from beginning to end. The home was clean and had eveything we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful! A true retreat. Excellent place to stay and make forever memories !!

I checked a bucket list this last week staying in Charleston and Summerville. The Bungalow at Linwood did not disappoint. The Bungalow was a perfect place for me and my two nieces that that took off work to meet me in Summerville for a fun filled relaxing weekend. The house and the grounds are beautiful. Walking distance to a wonderful friendly community and restaurants. I highly recommend this property for all your travel needs. THANK YOU for making our trip so successful !!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the cottage! My husband and daughter kept telling me what an awesome job I did picking it out LOL! It was quiet, the perfect size for our family, and the perfect place for us to relax after long days of competitive dance and/or sightseeing. Only wish we had more time there. Perfect Summerville Cottage

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the cottage for three nights. It was perfect for our family. The check in and checkout process were easy with good communication from the host. The property is so peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. The house was exceptionally clean and all of the linens and bedding smelled wonderful and were very comfortable. The back patio and yard are very secluded and private. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screened in porch every morning. The house truly felt like a home away from home. We have family in the area so we will definitely be re-booking the next time we are in Summerville! Also, we fell in love with Earl Grey!

Best one so far! Very cute, old southern and clean. Communication if I had any questions was great. Only thing, parking wasn't great. I have a truck, so it was hard to fit but they didn't have cars like now a days when they built the house lol

Relaxation

This property is nestled on a quiet lane next to a historic home. It was the perfect setting to relax in; a peaceful environment after a busy day exploring the area. It provided all of the things we needed as a family to feel comfortable. The property manager was very helpful with questions. The host was a wonderful guide when she provided a tour of the historic home and gardens.

We had a fantastic time at The Bungalow, it was very comfortable, private and within fabulous gardens. Linda was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable creating a relaxing atmosphere, contributing so much to our fabulous holiday. Summerville is not only a lovely town itself but within an easy 30 minute drive to most local attractions including Charleston. We would have no hesitation in returning, we had such a lovely time there.

Great cottage stay.

We had a great stay at the Bungalow! The place was clean, comfortable and quiet! Earl Gray the cat gave us a tour of the beautiful gardens. Check in was easy and communication was great! The Bungalow was better than staying in a hotel. We had an easy walk to downtown Summerville.

Wonderful stay

The host was very responsive, answering any questions we had. When the AC wasn't working initially, they had a service tech come out quickly while we were out to dinner and got it resolved before we returned. The living spaces, kitchen, and bedrooms made it a much more comfortable stay than a standard hotel room. The gardens were nice surrounding the area, and the girls enjoyed the playground across the street.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home with absolutely beautiful gardens. I enjoyed quiet mornings on the screened in porch. We were not far from Charleston, beaches, restaurants, and plantations. So much to do and see all within a short drive. Enjoyed daily visits from Earl Grey!! We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love. The kids didnt want to leave "our new house." They absolutely love being escorted to the door upon arrival frm Earl Gray. Such a beautiful house and overall property. Linda was always grest with communication and even stayed up to text us welcome home when we go back. Wonderful, quiet, and peaceful vacation. This is a very livable, one floor, pretty house situated on the historic LINWOOD estate with -in easy walking distance of the quaint town of Summerville. Beautifully furnished, it has some very special features with the screened in patio, private courtyard and garden. Amenities include dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi, TV, off street parking for two vehicles and the use of a grill as well as the large swimming pool for residents.
