The house is five minutes to Belleayre Ski Center and a short drive to Plattekill, Windham, and Hunter mountains for skiing, snowboarding and other winter activities!

First Floor:

Bright and welcoming open floor plan with room for the whole family.

First floor includes a mud room entryway (with a washer/dryer), large and open kitchen, sliding glass doors to back porch with a gas grill (propane provided), just down the steps is a salt water hot tub. Huge kitchen butcher block peninsula with stools perfect for congregating and family activities such as puzzles and board games!

Spacious and open dining and living room with three separate sliding doors that lead to wrap around deck and outdoor picnic table. Outdoor view is beautiful and private, with lots of trees and moss covered rocks for the ultimate mountain cabin viewing.

Large dining room table that expands to seat up to ten guests (extra chairs are supplied in the storage closet). Stunning contemporary chandelier lighting overhead.

Living room boasts modern stylish furniture, an extremely comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen television (with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon TV), wifi connected Sonos speakers, and a large wood burning fireplace. All living/dining room lighting and fans are Alexa and wifi enabled.

Master bedroom has an insanely comfortable and massive king sized bed. Window views the back of the house showcasing the side of the mountain - a dream to wake up to!

First floor full bathroom with a shower and tub.

Second floor:

Spacious bedroom with Queen sized bed. Windows include views of the back of the mountain and the woods to the left of the home.

Large bedroom with two queen sized beds. Stylish and funky decor makes this room perfect for those who appreciate eclectic or young-at-heart design. Window views the back of the mountain and the right side of the home.

Upstairs full bathroom with shower and tub.

Garage/Game Room: The garage has been turned into sort of a game room/man cave with seating, a tv, a pool table, and video game console

Entire home access is included in rental.

As your host, I am available to answer questions and provide local recommendations. I am a local property manager who is available to you for your entire stay!

The house is situated on a private road and is wooded for privacy.

The road and driveway are plowed regularly in the winter months. We strongly recommend guests use a vehicle with 4WD or AWD in the winter (this goes for anywhere you would stay in the Catskills!).

There is little to no cell reception at the house but we do have high speed internet and WiFi that can handle multiple devices at once. You can also turn on the WiFi calling feature on your phone with no difference in service.

We provide board games, puzzles, card decks, and other family-friendly activities for guests to enjoy (when you’re not enjoying the great outdoors)!

You will instantly feel the love we`ve put into this house. The space is sure to bring fond memories and the ultimate mountain retreat!!
- There is limited service at the house. If you need to use the internet or make a call, log onto the WiFi and enable your phone for WiFi calling.
- Please do not park beyond the garage or on the grass. Garage is used for storage and for garbage storage.
- Garbage is picked up every Tuesday.

Linens/Cleaning supplies:

- Towels are set out on each bed. Please be green and reuse towels during your stay.
- Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink and under each bathroom sink.
- Vacuum, swiffer mop, and extra chairs are in the mudroom closet.

General:

- Please only flush toilet paper down the drain (no feminine products, paper towels, etc.). Everything else must go in the trash.
- Please try to avoid wearing shoes inside the house.
If you are using heat, please make sure nothing is touching the base heater (drapes, bags, etc.).
- Front door sticks. Please be sure to close it entirely.
- Use the screens if leaving the sliding glass doors open to prevent insects or animals entering the home. Shut all glass doors at night!
- We don’t supply firewood for the fireplace (but feel free to use it!). If you’re using the fireplace, make sure to open the damper when using (and close when you are not). Ensure the fire is completely out before leaving unattended.
- Feel free to use the board games and puzzles in the cabinet under the woodblock peninsula, closest to the mud room door.

Garbage:

- Please separate recycling (plastic/metal) from general garbage.
- Use full kitchen bags, located under the sink, for all garbage.
- Make sure you have tied all bags before putting them in the garage.
- Place full garbage bags into the black bins in the garage. Be sure garage doors are shut entirely. Use the same code as the house.

Kitchen:

- Do not let any food or oil go down the kitchen drain.
- Feel free to use some of the basic foods/condiments left in the fridge/freezer.
- Please be sure the gas stove is off when you are not using it.
- Kitchen gadgets (coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, kitchen aid mixer, etc. are in lower cabinets.
- Pots/pans: left of stove. Don`t put pots/pans in the dishwasher. They need to be hand washed.
- Baking sheets/cutting board: located in the lower cabinet to the right of the stove.

TV/Electronics:

- We don`t use cable, but do use Apple TV. We have Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount Plus and Prime.
- TV remote controls should be in TV stand drawers. Use the small silver remote to operate.
