Awesome Beach Views and Location

This was our 3rd time in north MB, and this place met all of our needs. I really appreciated the communication from the host company. They were great. The condo was clean, and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and visit again!

This condo was in the perfect location. We were a family of 5. Everything was easy to get to.The pictures matched the listing. Check in was very easy. Everything was texted to you prior to arrival. They even let us know that the condo was ready early and did not charge us an extra fee. Phone numbers were listed in the condo in case you needed something. The view of the beach from the balcony was excellent. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat when it reached 115. It was very clean. It had easy beach access and both an indoor and outdoor pool right as soon as you came off the beach. You were given two parking spaces and there was plenty of parking. We ate out every meal however, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook including a coffee pot that made a pot or you could use k-cups. All the furniture looked new. The beds were comfortable. We did have to go out a buy more pillows. Everything you needed to do for check out was also listed and it was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in a good location and nicely decorated but a little small to be listed for sleeping 6 adults. Dining table only fit 4 people and living area did not have enough seating for my family of 5.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and hopefully you had an enjoyable stay. Since you mentioned that the condo was a little small. You are correct, I actually live in the building full time and it is a little small. However we make it work so we can live oceanfront. Advertising the residence as "sleeps 6 adults" is not to be misleading. Happy Crab Vacations has over 2500 online reviews and hundreds of those state "perfect for our family of 6", or just the right size for our family of 5. So, it really comes down to the expectations of the guest. With this in mind our listing states the square footage, the number of rooms, beds, etc. There are also at least 50 photos of each residence and these photos clearly show the bedrooms in a way that you can see that the small bedroom which typically has two twin beds, is in fact very small because when looking at the photo it is obvious that the 2 beds take up 80% of the floor space in the room. The photos show the living room and dining area. The photo clearly shows that the table seats 4. Read our reviews, our goal is provide a clean, comfortable place to stay with detailed descriptions so there are no surprises Hope to have you back some day and if you remind me of this conversation I can point you toward some of the larger properties that we manage. It's Wonderful at Waterpoint 1!

Not the tallest or the newest building on the beach, but it is wonderful! Everything worked well, the lobby was always super clean. The elevators were reliable. The walls must be thick (we heard no one else unless we were out on the balcony). Beach access is excellent and the owner is always available via text. Very cute place.
