Elliott Way Cottage - Beautiful Yard!

Welcome to Elliott Way Cottage, located in a quiet residential area not far from Haystack Rock! You will feel right at home in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom coastal cottage. As you approach the home you are greeted with the most welcoming entry-gorgeous landscaping, a white picket fence and the most charming gate leading you to a spacious backyard, perfect for family gatherings.

This two-story home has two living areas, hardwood floors throughout, with the primary bedroom located on the first floor and two guest bedrooms upstairs. Upon entering the home, to the left you'll discover a large living area with big, cozy couches, a large flat screen tv and a wall of windows, letting in a ton of natural light. Stay warm on chilly nights with the gas stove that is just off in the corner of the room. To the right of the entry, you will find the dining area with seating for eight. Just off the dining area is a fully equipped, bright, cheerful kitchen complete with all the amenities your chef will need to cook in comfort. There is a door that leads from the kitchen out the backyard and spacious deck.

The primary bedroom, located on the first floor has a king-sized bed, a flat screen tv and has access to the full bathroom across the hall. You will also find the laundry room and a second living room/family room on this floor. This second living area that is perfect for the children and has a flat screen tv, gas stove and double doors leading out to the backyard and patio.

Upstairs you will find two additional guest rooms. Bedroom #1 has two queen beds, and a charming reading nook with a desk and lamp. Bedroom #2 has a king-sized bed, and both bedrooms share the second full bathroom on this floor.

Out around back you will find a large deck perfect for outdoor dining, a swing set and a firepit to gather around on those chilly Oregon evenings. Don't forget to get marshmallows for the smores!

Beautifully landscaped for privacy, this wonderful, cottage has everything a family could possibly want for a great Cannon Beach vacation experience!

Great location. Beds need replacing-mattresses too soft. Otherwise a great property. Close to highway-people staying in queen bed room will hear car noise

New Years Fun

Great place to stay in Cannon Beach. Walk to the beach right by Haystack Rock and a great brewery on the corner. Well appointed house to stay in and watch the Seahawks play on the big screen TV. The house is older and could use some rug stretching and freshness.

Holy Word Art

If you are a lover of word art this is the place for you. At every turn there is an intentional placement of word art that makes the home feel like a Home Goods. The listing is accurate, the bed was comfortable, and the yard is fenced yet at a short height which would have been great to know as I brought my shepherd mix who could easily jump it. Walking distance to Haystack was the goal for me on this trip and the location of this property allowed for that. What I didn't realize is that the home is located one door down from the highway, so be prepared for that. I required Beachcomber to send maintenance people three times: 1/door lock batteries were dead, 2/ 4 different remotes to work the TV didn't yield any channels until someone helped me understand which ones to use, and 3/ due to the limited counter space in the kitchen I leaned on the dishwasher and ultimately rendered it locked until someone who knew how to turn it back on arrived. The last two points could be made clear in a home manual.
