We are sincerely sorry for the frustration you experienced with the check-in process and the Wi-Fi during your stay but we are glad our 24/7 customer service team was able to assist you over the phone to get you into the property immediately. For future guests, please be assured that we are already making active improvements, including installing a permanent Wi-Fi upgrade to provide high-speed, reliable connectivity throughout the property. Regarding the oven, our maintenance team has since confirmed it is fully operational and reaches temperatures up to 450°F; we encourage all guests to reach out during their stay so we can provide assistance or a quick walkthrough of the appliances. We are also addressing the flooring underlayment to ensure this cute place remains comfortable for all. We appreciate the patience as we enhance this unique property and look forward to providing a better experience for your next visit.
