A Little Piece of Maui Paradise for You to Enjoy!

Aloha and welcome to our piece of Paradise in Kihei Garden Estates (KGE). Come and enjoy our beautifully upgraded, two-bedroom, two bath, first floor, garden view condominium. We are perfectly located in the heart of Kihei – just a few minute walk from the best restaurants, shopping, golf, and every amenity you need and desire. The best feature is the private beach just steps away from the lanai, where you can relax, splash in the inviting surf, uncover exquisite sea shells, and take in some of the most breathtaking sunsets each night. You don’t even need to take a trip to see nature’s gift of sea animals including whales, dolphins, and sea turtles – they are all right there on this private little expanse of beach.

KGE is a quiet and peaceful complex, well maintained and full of Aloha Spirit. The property has lush grounds with plumerias, mango and banana trees, hibiscus and palms. Steps off of our lanai is one of the best pools in south Maui, a Jacuzzi/whirlpool spa and full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. A short drive from our paradise, you can discover the excitement and beauty that Maui has to offer including diving, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, sightseeing, experiencing the sunrise at the crater of Haleakala volcano.

Our condo comes equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay on Maui. There are boogie boards, beach mats, and a cooler for your excursions to the pool or beach. The kitchen is equipped with newer appliances, dishes, silverware, glassware, and more. New beds, linens, tile floors and fresh paint round out the experience of the newness of our home away from home. Just bring your suntan lotion and get ready to relax.

Kihei garden estates in Maui Hawaii is where we stayed. This place had everything you needed to goto the beach and anything you could think of to make you feel right at home. Had a pool hot and a cooking area by the pool so another bonus you might not have at home. Ground so well kept and everyone was super friendly All shopping and things to do were all close by and easy to find. Pricing for shopping food and groceries was reasonable for the area unless you traveled closer to all the resorts. The beaches are beautiful and not a lot of people were there so we were able to swim and enjoy the beaches and relaxing in the sun.

The condo was a bit older than expected but it was very comfortable and clean. Hosts were quick to answer any questions we had during our two week stay and there was a manger on site to help us out. The neighborhood was quiet and a five minute walk to the beach.

We were a bit disappointed in the fact that there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the showers. We only had I extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and no extra paper towels. I suppose that would have been sufficient except it rained every day and we were in place almost all day every day. We only ate out twice so I did more cooking. So we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We were also down to one packet of dishwasher soap, so did many dishes by hand. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and have never had this problem. The place was in a great location and was very clean. Just not as well stocked as what we were expecting.

Thank you for this feedback, as we are also disappointed since we have never gotten feedback in this area. We will discuss with our condo management team. We do NOT provide personal hygiene products such as soap or shampoo as a result of a lawsuit years ago: we were accused of damages associated with a rash that one of our renters experienced, claiming it was the soap we provided. Frivolous lawsuit and unfortunately, it only takes one bad apple….we will ensure that this is clearly communicated in our listing. We thank you again for this feedback as we continuously improve!

Fantastic Getaway in Kihei

Property was as described and convenient to sites. Worked well for myself, my husband and my in-laws for about a week long trip. The apartment allowed for each couple to have their own space, and the proximity to the beach was great. Hosts were amazing, and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation for two couples. Everything you need is close by......quick walk to the beach and grocery store. On windy days we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. On site manager was very helpful when questions arose.

Very clean. The folks in the complex were very friendly and helful. The pool and community area is large, well equipped and maintained. Within a block walking distance to the beach. Great place to stay

You will not go wrong with this newly, up-dated condo. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Best part is the little private beach within walking distance where you can sit and relax, swim and snorkel. There was a turtle on the beach the other day and saw one in the water as well. Take advantage of the pool. Enjoy the wonderful hospitality.

Lovely property

We love the property. Stayed here last year in a different unit. Living room furniture could use an update and the upstairs neighbors were noisy when they were home. But we enjoyed our stay. The aquarium is fantastic. Maui is still paradise. Tried to give big donations and tips to the local people who were serving us.

Amazing place to stay!

We stayed in G108, and it was perfect! Beautiful condo, with lots of room for 4 adults. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Use of the beach chairs and umbrella, coolers as well as boogie boards was fantastic and communications with the hosts (Rick & Lisa) were nothing but pleasant and smooth! The beach is beautiful and a skip away, the pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was great later in the evening. Location to grocery and all the fun eating spots- Nalus, Diamonds, shave ice and the moped shop were so close it was wonderful! We thank you for having us in your space and the comfort and convenience was 10/10! We will be back and this location is highly recommended!

Perfect stay in Kihei

We stayed for 10 nigts and enjoyes it all the time. Well equipped kitchen and two bed- and bathrooms. You can lend some stuff to use on the beach which was perfect. It's only a short walk to a nice beach that not is crowdy. The same goes for the food store. Perfectly located as a base for exploring Maui. The A/C in the master bedroom is a little bit noisy. It may need service or to be replaced. But this didn't disturb our overall impression and we can higly recommend this property and with no doubt stay there again! Maybe forever.... :=))

We had been to Maui several times and stayed in various condos in Kihei Garden Estates. Each time we returned, we fell more and more in love with the place. We finally took the plunge and purchased our own little piece of paradise. We look forward to retiring here some day but in the meantime, we want to share with everyone the serenity and beauty of Maui and Kihei Garden Estates.
