Peaceful and quiet after a fun day of exploring.. Only 1.5 miles to Coco Beach, 3.5 miles to Playa Hermosa. Condo is surrounded by mango, papaya, almond, orange, mandarina trees and some newly planted banana trees. 2 pools. Local management Lots of amenities. Handicap accessible.

Comfy condo

The location was quiet and secure with stable wifi for my digital nomad working partner. It was short distance to both Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa. The unit was well appointed and clean. Much appreciated

Affordable Condo on a Hilltop

The host was very responsive. This condo is very affordable when compared to other accommodation in the area and is spacious and well laid out. The unit could use some freshening up with a fresh coat of paint. The location is fine if you have a vehicle There are no beaches, restaurants or shops within walking distance as the terrain is very steep. Taxis are readily available at $10 U.S. each way.

Playa Del Coco

My wife and I were very impressed with the property. The unit was just recently updated and could not have been nicer. The kitchen had just about everything and much more than we expected. 3 different coffee makers and coffee for them. We really enjoyed the Espresso Machine. Having 2 bathrooms was great and they were stocked with an abundance of nice towels. 2 folding beach chairs and the large beach blanket came in very handy. We were able to enjoy our breakfast on the patio and our evenings cooling off at the pool after great days at the local beaches. Panama beach was my favorite but we enjoyed all the beaches in the area. The maintenance on the grounds was very professional and the security personal were really friendly. Villa Teresita is amazing and made our wedding anniversary memories even better. I hope we will be able to come back and stay longer.

This property and Villa Roberto are in a 6 unit building, no other occupants. fantastic view of the Pacific ocean and Coco Beach. Rain forest between the villa and the ocean. Listen for the monkeys and parrots.
