The condo Address is 2440 Kuhio Ave #2203 this is the true heart of waikiki’s tourist district. Waikiki beach started expanding out from here and continues to do so now. Today the best shopping, dining and swimming beaches all remain within a couple blocks from here.
If you're looking for a large 3 bedroom in a great location at a good price look no further you found it!
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the surfer action on one of Waikiki’s most popular surfing spots, right from the comfort of your lanai! Also don’t miss the spectacular sun sets and the fireworks every friday night. The lanai also looks directly down on the property's swimming pool!
It is also central to nearly everything. The building itself is quiet, about half residential and very safe with friendly 24 hour security personnel. Walking distance to the famous International Market Place, Kapiolani Park and the world class shopping and dining of Kalakaua Avenue.
The beach is just down the street minutes by foot. The public bus as well as the waikiki trolley stops in front of the building next door.
This three bedroom apartment features a Furo soaking tub in the bathroom also known as a roman tub. The best way to relax after a long day of sightseeing is soaking up to your neck in hot water. There is an adjacent shower area. The toilet is in its own separate room with a pedestal sink. There is a vanity counter and sink also in the shower/tub area.
One of the bedrooms has a King size bed. Another has a queen size bed with an ocean color and decor. The last one can be opened up to the living area with a shoji screen. It has a tropical decor, two twin beds and a wonderful ocean view verandah.
A washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.
The rooms come with high speed Internet, local phone, free for use beach gear, they are set up for a great beach vacation.

We are pleased that you are interested in our home away from home. We have lived on the island for years and live close to town so we would be able to avail ourselves if you need to make your stay more comfortable. I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years. We did a few years of research searching out a condominium that had an above average reputation, was built well, and had a great location close to the beach. We picked the right place! The building management company is excellent, the security guards are friendly and helpful, and they do a great job. The condo is a secured building, has a great swimming pool, laundry facility, parking, and is 2 blocks from the beach. We have received above average compliments from our guests about our quality condos, great location staff, cleanliness, and service Please read our great reviews and we hope you choose us for your vacation travels. You will enjoy the benefits of being at home away from home. You have all the conveniences of being at home, however you are centrally located to many major attractions in Waikiki as well as shopping and restaurants. We do not update the calendar as we have a total of 10 vacation condos, each with a little different charm, two 3 bedroom units, seven 1 bedroom units, and one studio. The first 3 top reasons I'm buying property here are Location, Location Location. Next most important thing was Central Air - rare in Waikiki. The other factors in choosing a property that I must have was property location must be quite. No all night party bars next to or near by. No early morning garbage truck noise, or too much street noise. building keyed security elevator and late night key access for entrance lobby. This property is the only one of hundreds to meet even my minimum requirements. The property has many of things from my wish list as well. Things like assigned parking spaces Salt water pool rather then chlorinated pool. Entrance phone outside for visitors to call residents security or building mangers. A Japanese style bath room. A Furo tub/shower,sink is separate. The toilet outside is a separate room

A fantastic central base in Waikiki
Spacious, clean...the best part, 5 mins to the beach, really centrally located in Waikiki with facilities, activities not more than 10 mins walk. Merry is so helpful and ensured my parents and my husband and I were comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended. The apartment we were in has its own washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Soooo handy. You can't go wrong with such wonderful owners.
The condo is located at 2440 Kuhio Avenue in the heart of Waikiki. It is only 1.5 block (2 minutes) to the Waikiki beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops including Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the Duty-Free shopping center (DFS), New shopping center "Saks Fifth Avenue" is 5 minutes and the grocery store " Food Pantry" is only one 4 minutes walk away. A Bus stops is in front of the building that can take you to any destination, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, Snorkel at Hanauma Bay, explore North Shore, visit the historic Pearl Harbor or go clubbing on Hotel Street in Chinatown or do more shopping at Waikele Outlets or Beautiful Ala Moana Mall. I can not charge a parking fee with VRBO. *Security deposits The credit card use as security deposit is not charged on the card. So there is nothing to return. The card is run not as a sale but as an authorization to make a charge in the event a key is lost or the property is damaged. The security deposit will be charge back on your credit card throw VRBO after 7 days your check out day. You agree to pay for all damage to the rental apartment caused by either you or your guest. If the damage is over the deposit amount you agree to pay the additional difference personally. If the apartment is left extremely dirty an extra cleaning fee will be access. *Lost keys - there is a $75.00 lost key charge per set. *Release from liability. Use at your own risk.
