Beautiful downtown condo!

You will love this getaway! Plenty of space in the living room/dining area to visit or watch a movie o our 50" smart TV. All of our TVs subscribe to Hulu and Netflix as well as a variety of other apps.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to have a quiet meal in. Laundry facilities are just inside the kitchen area for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and 50" TV for those moments you need away. Bathroom is attached.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 50" TV, and a walk in closet.

You can't beat the proximity to downtown! We would love to host you!!

This a nice property. Plenty of room. Great having 2 bathrooms. Can walk to the town square. However, I was disappointed with how dark it is and the very poor lighting in the living room and both bedrooms. The pictures show a bright interior but that's false. Needs better lighting. Also, almost fell in the shower as there is no grip and gets very slick. That said, if the you don't care about the above, it really is nice. But if I ever went back here I would only stay in units A or C in the front of the building. Balconies with great views and sunlight not blocked by trees, garage and neighboring properties

Great place to stay

We stayed here with my 86 year old father while visiting my daughter. It was a great space, all on one level. Beautiful views and close to downtown. Thank you so much!!

Comfortable & Clean

Location is convenient to downtown. Easy check-in. Beds are comfortable and linens nice. Fireplace adds extra charm. Could use some new pans in the kitchen and curtain rods need some adjustment to provide privacy with curtains drawn but these are minor issues easily resolved. I would recommend this place.

Perfection!

I booked this location for a last minute trip after Christmas. It was the perfect fit for all of us (2 adults and 2 boys). I LOVED that it was a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Having just a single bathroom would have been rather difficult for us. Would definitely book this place again. So close to Whisky Row for evening fun! It was perfection!

Perfect location for Whiskey Row

Ease of booking was an ease. Clear communications on location, parking, and WiFi. It is about a 10-15 min walk to Whiskey Row. Very clean

Overall, nice place in close proximity to downtown Prescott. But, if you’re traveling in more than one vehicle beware; parking for a second vehicle can be difficult.

Beautiful in Prescott

This place has a perfect balcony with views of Prescott and the mountains. A great place to stay in this cute little town.

Cute and charming condo. Easy to access. Communication with management was outstanding! Close to whiskey row shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Impressions

Internet was extremely weak. Television in Master bedroom would not connect. Television in living room would disconnect continually. No soap for laundry. Patio was dirty. Faucet in kitchen leaked. Cabinets were difficult to open. Privacy blinds would have been better. Bed in Master is way too high. Advertised as 5 star was very misleading.
