It a delwebb community with 24 pickle ball court and 27 hole troon golf course. 8 TENNIS COURTS exceptional workout areas, 2 pools and hot tubs. Patio with gas fire pit and BBQ. Large custom water feature, private backyard with block wall, 30 minutes drive to super bowl. $500 non refundable deposit.
