IMPORTANT NOTE: The trail map showing how to ski back to the house went missing for one of our guests - we are so sad we missed that! We have a permanent description now - but here too - you ski from PCMR - before Treasure hollow - grab the green run cat trail - (through Payday) - to Quittin' Time (green) - then down (stunning views of downtown and the valley as you come) - our home is off of 9th - a left turn with easy spot to boot out and walk (slight downhill) home a block (157 steps - we just counted) - before reaching the base of town lift.

Nothing recharges like Park City mountain time. Regardless the season, the mountains offer plenty of outdoor adventure, the colorful, quaint town is easy to access and the entire area is full of good eats, treats and nightlife. With the predictable 40 minute drive from SLC airport and tremendous weather/ snow Park City guarantees a stress free vacation. In addition, Park City is surrounded by world class resorts and adventures - Deer Valley, The Canyons, Snowbird and Alta for snow, Moab desert getaways and more.
What makes this House unique
Two levels of entertainment space. Great game room with pool table, shuffle board table, wall bunk couches and large TV. Easy walk to town and town lift and lovely back yard / grill for summer time. Cheers!

We enjoyed our stay in March 2018. The house is in a great location to town lift and shopping and dining along main street. The kitchen is well stocked with most needed cooking utensils and supplies, and the outdoor grill is convenient and easy to use. Bedrooms are nice and comfortable and the game room is great. I would recommend this house for families with children, and I would certainly rent it again in the future.

This is a very spacious location that is tucked into Old Town and is really nice for family ski in and out. Linsly was truly awesome to work with and had a incredible team of local folks to help manage any of our needs for the property. We had such an incredible stay in this home and really enjoyed the area. The location allowed us to ski up to the end of Norfolk Avenue and easily walk back home each day. Also, walking to the town lift was easy in and out everyday for our equipment and lift tickets. Park City is really a special place and Linsly's home was a big part of making this an incredible trip for a great group. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

Perfect ski getaway!
This is a well appointed, completely renovated and modernization of a classic PCity home. We spent 7 nights there recently and didn't want to leave ! Linsly was super accomodating and allowed us to extend our stay an extra night. The owners left no detail unfinished, taking immaculate care of this property. You can read all of the positives on other reviews, but I'll put a few things well noted on our stay:
1) there are ski boot dryers in the garage. That should tell you enough about how much they care about the guests. Nice! Plenty of space for ski storage as well.
2) Ski lift: yes, the town lift is close by, but I'd say it's more like 2-3 blocks. Figure about 5-7 minutes of solid walking in ski boots. There is no sidewalk on Norfolk, so you're walking in the street, then down a hill once you get on 8th (more importantly UP a hill when you return) While you can theoretically get the town lift up to the ski area, you can't ski down to it. You have to get on it mid mountain and ride it back down then walk back up the hill to the house. We found it easier to get an "Uber Ski" (car with a ski rack) ride to the main lift area each day. It's only 1/2 mile but not really a feasible walk. There you can get lift tickets, coffee, ski school, etc. Uber Ski will get you for $27 each way. If you have them drop you at the corner of the side street that goes to Marriott Mountainside, it's a very short walk to the main ski lift/ticket office (100 yards). BUT, you aren't supposed to be dropped off in the hotel drop off area, just ask the driver to stop on the corner. These are important items when you have a 4 and 5 year old and all of their ski equipment.
3) You can easily make the walk to the main area of town in 5-7 minutes, where there are tons of restaurants. We really enjoyed High West Distillery for lunch, which is the closest restaurant, and a good one! Chimayo was by far the best, although. Riverhorse was a bit disappointing for the price. Tupelo was solid as well. We're pretty spoiled living here in Charleston, a major foodie town, but overall our dining experiences were good!
4) Would we repeat- absolutely! The 4 and 5 year old stayed with the nanny downstairs, our friends had the main floor bedroom, and my wife and I had the whole upstairs to ourselves. The layout was perfect! Thank you for the memories and we can't wait to return!
Great family home
This house worked very well for our family of 13. The kiddos enjoyed sleeping and playing games on the lower level. We could all dine together in the main floor. The manager responded quickly to an inquiry. Great place. Quiet. Easy walk to downtown.

Additional information about rental rates
Our cancellation policy is that 80% of your prepay deposit can be returned for cancellations within 100 days of the reservation. Up until 75 days prior to reservation, 50% of the deposit will be returned. Up until 45 days prior, 20% of the deposit would be returned. Up until 30 days, 40% of the total deposit (so at that point it's 40% of the rental payment) would be returned. After 30 days there is no returned payment. At any cancellation time, the security deposit will be returned in full.
