About this space
Come and relax in this beautifully updated home with a tremendous view of the Central Coast mountains. This well thought out home is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac facing the mountains of the Fiscalini Ranch. Enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the balconies, or soak in the brand new hot tub, or relax on the couch with the 75" TV, or work remotely all from this little slice of paradise. Minutes from downtown Cambria, and close by Hearst Castle, Elephant Seal lookouts, wineries and so much more the Central Coast has to offer.
The space
Three bedrooms: 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and a full sleeper in the TV room. Fully remodeled in 2022. Imaculate kitchen with stainless steel appliances. two full bathrooms. Sit back and gaze at the mountains from the great room or the balconies.
Guest access
The entire house and property are yours to access during your stay. We recommend you park in the two car garage as the driveway is steep and street parking is not allowed. We will give you a code to the garage keypad at check in.
The backyard extends all the way up the hill to the street above us if you want another access point for a nice walk around the neighborhood. The sideyard is also yours and we plan to put in additional outdoor features like hammock, firepit, and possibly putting green. So, check back for future stays to see what we've added!
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that there are stairs at this house. There are stairs to get to the front door from the driveway. There are also two stories in the house with stairs in between. The upper level (stairs from the garage and/or entryway) has the living rooms, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

We do not recommend this house for families with small children as the stairs are open and no baby gates are provided.

The sleeper sofa (in the TV room) is roughly a full sized mattress. Bedding is available in the closet in that room. However, there is not much privacy for this bed as it is open to the dining and kitchen.

The house has lovely furnishings with a well-stocked kitchen and other amenities. The host was very accessible and helpful when we had challenges with some of the kitchen appliances. The views are beautiful and though the location feels remote, it is but a minutes from downtown Cambria. It was a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing environment for our getaway.

Beautiful home and in a nice location! They’ve upgraded it and labeled it for ease of use. The primary Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like is the lack of privacy in the Backyard where the hot tub is, There is a house looking right down on it.

This house was perfect for my family of 7. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The spa was amazing. The rooms were decorated with beautiful photos of the area. The host are great. The beds were comfy. If I’m ever in the area again, I would pick this house for sure. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Hearst castle and wonderful beaches. Highly recommend this house. Maybe not if you have elderly or small kids because of the stairs but other than that this house is wonderful.

Perfect Birthday Getaway

We were looking for a place to stay that fit our family of 5 comfortably and this was the perfect place. From beautiful decor to comfortable beds. The tvs had streaming, fun games to play, and tons of information about local things to do. The communication with the owner was wonderful. We would visit again and again.

Friends yearly reunion

My 4 friends and I met here for a short girlfriend reunion. The house was perfect for a fun and talk-filled 3 days! It was very clean and close to town so when we needed food it wasn’t that big of an ordeal!! We all just loved the beautiful view of the mountains too. Would recommend this property to all our family and friends!

Christmas Time Stay in Cambria

We had lovely time staying at the property last weekend. It is very well appointed and we loved the addition of the Christmas tree and other Christmas decor in the home. The views of the rolling hills are wonderful and the home feels very inviting. Trago made things a breeze and was very communicative. Would highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Great view

Property was great i would stay there again the only draw back was the bbq Grill was rusted out and unusable also the outdoor furniture was a little tattered. Property owner was notified said they would fix it for the next guest. It was disappointing because we do most of our cooking on the bbq.ooutings on a bbq itsonrequirements.
