As a 2-story unit, your friends and family will enjoy enough space to alternately hang out together and sneak in some peace and quiet. Sleeping 6, this unit accommodates either a large family or 3 couples traveling together. Throughout, the unit is ideally beach-cottage chic. Muted tones of coral, teal, and sand perfectly match the natural surroundings outside.
As for the main attraction? That would be the view. Spanning 180 degrees and then some, you can drink in Floridian splendor from daybreak each morning. Where better to do this than from one of your two oceanfront balconies? Downstairs, your living room extends through wide sliding doors to a large balcony with glider seating for four with tables. Upstairs, the master suite’s lucky occupants enjoy a second, private balcony - its comfy Adirondack chairs with a table for those sunrise breakfasts and a glider swing make for a perfect contemplation space.

A bamboo dining suite fits comfortably between the living area and adjacent kitchen. Wonderful New Year's Retreat
We had a great time enjoying the lights of the old town with all of the festivity, fireworks on the beach on New Year's Eve, and being able to stay in the comfortable room to enjoy the ocean view on days that were too cold and blustery to be outside. A super way to start the new year!
Great Location and Community but Unit needs some work
We received the wrong key code initially and did not have a valid emergency contact number until the neighbors arrived which was later at night after a long day of travel. The unit was not very clean--human and pet hairs on the floor and in the refrigerator--and could use a fresh coat of paint. Other issues were corrected during our stay. Was disappointed that there was no recycling facilities on the premises. Did meet the owner and he was very nice and accommodating. Great view of the ocean and nice clean pool area. Fairly quite property.
Great unit, mediocre management company
Lovely unit, just like the pictures. We particularly loved the easy beach access and great ocean views.
We would think twice about renting again from this management company, however. You do a long rental agreement and have to obtain arrival information from their website or app. On arrival, you pick up the beach access and parking pass from a safe deposit style box in their office. Upon arrival to the unit, the supplied door access code didn't work. That would have been frustrating in and of itself, but it is very difficult to call anyone at this company. Attempting all of the numbers they gave me, after 20 minutes on hold on their so-called emergency number, we were redirected to a voicemail box. We were looking for a hotel with vacancies when finally got a call back from their call center with a new code to try, which fortunately worked. So we got in but a bad way to start a trip.
The upkeep of the unit is also not great; not terrible but not great. The plugs in the kitchen didn't work (probably just a tripped circuit breaker), the shower door didn't close, the screens had lots of holes, etc. General cleanliness was not amazing but decent - the floors were pretty dirty, was clear they hadn't been mopped in a while. I didn't report any of these issues as I didn't want to deal with another long hold time to a call center. Mostly it was decently stocked with starter items - toilet paper, full handsoap, etc., although a couple strange exceptions, like no shampoo.
So overall, this is a great condo in a great location managed by a mediocre but not horrible management company.

Nice place, great location, wonderful view!
We stayed here in May of 2017 and had a wonderful time...we really hated to leave. In fact we loved it so much we added an additional night while there! The building is admittedly a little aged, but it is well maintained and Sea Place 11209 was clean, very cozy and quiet! The location was perfect, just far enough away from downtown St Augustine but still only 10 minutes away. The views! The views of the beach from the 2nd & 3rd levels are absolutely amazing! We will be staying there again in the future.
