Remember the vacation you ditched shoes and socks in favor of a pretty great ‘flip flop tan line?’ This is the barefoot bliss you’ve been dreaming of - found at gorgeous beachfront condo Sea Place 11209.
As a 2-story unit, your friends and family will enjoy enough space to alternately hang out together and sneak in some peace and quiet. Sleeping 6, this unit accommodates either a large family or 3 couples traveling together. Throughout, the unit is ideally beach-cottage chic. Muted tones of coral, teal and sand perfectly match the natural surroundings outside.
As for the main attraction? That would be the view. Spanning 180 degrees and then some, you can drink in Floridian splendor from daybreak each morning. Where better to do this than from one of your two oceanfront balconies? Downstairs, your living room extends through wide sliding doors to a large balcony with glider seating for four with tables. Upstairs, the master suite’s lucky occupants enjoy a second, private balcony - its comfy Adirondack chairs with a table for those sunrise breakfasts and a glider swing make for a perfect contemplation space.
Enjoy the living room’s clever use of space, where a sleeper sofa and a loveseat perfectly round out a comfy visiting area. Beach pictures frame the unit’s 42" HDTV and Blue Ray Player. This is a sunny room filled all morning with light reflecting off the nearby ocean. You’re even near enough to hear the crashing waves.
A bamboo dining suite fits comfortably between the living area and adjacent kitchen. Fully stocked, your designated chef remains part of the action thanks to a large pass-through window and breakfast bar space. On hand to facilitate fantastic meals are all the equipment you might need, including an oven, stove, microwave big fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A provided coffee pot makes the transition between sleep and surf that much easier.
Explore a little further, taking the staircase upstairs to the unit’s two bedrooms. The oceanfront master suite boasts a king bed, 32" HDTV and blue ray/dvd player and a view even more brilliant than that below. A private en suite really sweetens your vacation experience.
Guests in the second bedroom have a queen bed, 42" HDTV and blue ray/dvd player and a soothing space with cool sea shell bedspread. A second full bathroom with bath/shower combo is bright yellow with beach accents. If required, your fifth and sixth guests can tuck into the living room’s large sleeper sofa, waking - as you will - to another ocean sunrise.
This enjoyable space is convenient - with a large pool and tennis courts on site, racquet ball courts, nearby golf and ample parking just downstairs. It’s practical - with a fantastic open-plan living and dining area connecting to a clean and sunny kitchen. And it’s perfect for your next vacation - 2 bedrooms and a queen-sized sofa bed sleep up to six adults.

Hi! My name is Steve Milo and I started Vacation Rental Pros in 2006. Our family stays in vacation rental homes whenever we travel, both domestically and abroad! I own several vacation homes and listen carefully to all our guests' feedback. Our greatest compliment is when folks refer Vacation Rental Pros to their friends and relatives. We now manage over 1,800 properties in Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina. We have homes in Ft. Myers Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ponte Vedra Beach, Hilton Head and Gatlinburg. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2016. Please call if you need help booking your dream vacation!
House was clean and well equipped. More attention from the rental company is needed. I called and left a detailed message and received no call back. Direction on how to get through the gate needs to be in each packaged email or posted in unit. We were not the only family having trouble. There should also be a beach gate access card on each set of keys. The unit fits 6 people and one acress key is not enough.
Perfect place for peace and quiet. Advantage of having the open balcony on the top floor and the more secluded one on the bottom was great. Beautiful grounds and an unobstructed view of the dunes, beach and sky, all you need for a much needed rest and recuperation from the hectic day to day routine. Would definitely book this unit again!
My friend and I come to this condo each year in October. This was our third year. We find the location and the condo beautiful. However, this year when we arrived, the condo had not been cleaned. My friend is very allergic to dogs. She carries an epi-pen and is on steroidal inhalers daily. There was dog hair (golden retriever) all over the floor. We found a large pile of dirty laundry in the upstairs master bedroom bathroom. There were no clean sheets on the master bed and the sheets on the queen bed were stained and dirty. We were able to get in touch with housecleaning (Michelle) and she was able to page someone. She first sent over someone to bring us new towels. That's when we discovered the problem with the linen on the bed. This housekeeper called Michelle from the condo and I heard her say "the place is a mess". This nice woman gave us the towels and left but I received a call from Michelle stating she was able to find someone to come clean. Two housekeepers arrived and my friend and I left for dinner. Also, we found a water jug left in the refrigerator and the dishwasher was completely packed of dishes. We don't know if clean or dirty. We added our dishes to it. This was disappointing to say the least. We love this condo. We love Saint Augustine. We do feel that we should be given a small discount if we decide to return next year.
This is our second time staying in this oceanfront condo. When we stayed in December of 2014, the place was meticulously clean and well cared for. So we were a bit surprised to find it in its current state.
The location is wonderful and the view is fantastic. But the unit could use a detailed clean (lots of sand and dust in crevices and around appliances), some new paint and some minor repairs. The outlet in the guest bathroom upstairs was sinking into the wall, same for one of the outlets in the master bedroom. And though the sheets provided were clean, it was clear that the comforters had not been laundered prior to our stay.
We were unable to locate the wifi password and called vrbo but did not receive a call back at any point during our stay.
Because we had such a good first experience with this unit, we were left a bit disappointed with our second visit. Will probably shop around a bit next year as a result.
From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the updated decor. Everything was the same as the pictures. We really enjoyed are stay and waking up to the sound and views of the ocean were great. Everything with Vacation rental Pros was professional and courteous, we really like the computer lounge at their office as we were able to print our boarding passes. We would recomend using this company and property, the price they charge seems cheaper then other companies. We had family staying at a different condo and they said SeaPlace was nicer and alot cheaper then they had paid. We will definately book thru vacation rental pros in the future and go back to unit 11209 at Sea Place
