Sandy Turtle...no property on the Crystal Coast can offer such luxury accommodations with a private boat lift for our guest during their stay! Quiet little Radio Island is central to the most desired locations in the area! We are a brand new (2022) waterfront townhouse facing Morgan's Creek and minutes away from the Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts. Bring your boat and or rent one locally, as the Beaufort Inlet, Shackleford, Cape Lookout, and ICW is just a short boat ride away.
Watch the dolphins swim our creek daily with coastal birds across in the marshes. Beautiful wild horses can be seen walking the shores of our nearby islands...and the beach access is just a short walk away! Hang out in the community pool and cabana after a day of boating...
Professionally designed interiors, Sandy Turtle provides 4 on-suite bedrooms (3 King beds and 1 Queen and 1 Twin bunk), super comfortable living room with a 65" Samsung Frame TV, modern kitchen with huge island, and spacious dining room with plenty of room for families/friends to enjoy! Incredible water views can be seen from 3 different decks.
Our boat slip/boat lift is ready for your V-Haul type boat up to 28' with water and power located at the end of the dock. Dock is located just steps away from our back entrance! Radio Island boat ramp conveniently located just minutes from away.
Our central location, on Radio Island, is just a short drive or boat ride to Morehead City or Beaufort with fine dining and shopping and everything in between!
Housekeeping, linens and conceirge services are provided by Blue Water Services... making sure Sandy Turtle is always in pristine condition for our guests.
We are to excited to provide our guests with such a wonderful experience and enjoy the beautiful waters of the Crystal Coast!

Beautifully appointed and comfortable place to stay. We ran our boat down from Kitty Hawk NC and stayed for the week. The boat lift was out of the Tayors creek current and made for easy in and out. We boated everyday. It was a real treat to come back to a clean cool place overlooking the water. The pool was a great way to end the day. Amazing all the way around. Thank you Susy.

Boated 4 of 6 days. Absolutely fabulous. This location is ideal for boaters. Quick easy access to Beaufort inlet and all places you’d want to go from there. Community was quiet and friendly

The house was very nice with numerous amenities along with an elevator that came I. Handy with my elderly parents. The unit is top notch with a great view and dock location. My main issue that I was displeased with was the thermostat. It was advertised at 68/70 but stayed at 72/74 with us monitoring the doors really restrictive. There was great response during the money transfer and unit requirements but when I requested help with the settings - it went radio silent. That is just a minor fix on somthing that costs several hundred a night - let me sleep cool instead of baking.

Mike I apologize for the AC not working properly. Unfortunately I did not see your message message. At this point all I can say is we are very sorry and for your discomfort I will refund you $250 through Vrbo We have had a tech come out and found an issue with the mini split. We have been rented most of the summer and had not had any issues or complaints. Give me a day or two to figure out how to refund you. If I can't figure it out, I can mail you a check or ----------- y
