Main floor with two bedrooms, 2 full bath and 2 half baths/laundry, Kitchen, Dining, and large living room. Upstairs with two bedrooms/and shared full bathroom. Basement with pool table, and un-stocked bar with separate living area, Stairs to dock. View of public golf course. Circular drive with front and back porches. Gas grill on back porch. Two restaurants a short walk away, one has channel access.
