this area the guest is referencing is completely on the very other end and at the entrance to a street off the main road, that eventually leads to our community. That area is under construction, and is currently being used for contractor trucks etc its tagged to be removed. And in no way impacts our lovely neighbourhood. all the way down other end. and not visible to anyone near our neighbourhood

Interesting that all the aspects of my space was review as what they liked.. so why a 6 out of 10..guilt for know that they left the property in an unacceptable manner and would most likely receive an unfavorable review.Overflowing trash was left in kitchen and bathrooms, including dirty diapers. a very large swimming pool was set up , against rules. , dirty dishes left in sink and they were late checking out.left blown up balloons all over the house and signs of a party which is prohibited .. Also signs of smoking on property. The 6 out of ten, was most likely that I told them that it was not permitted. And that it needed to be dismantled. As it took up 1/3 of yard, and would have killed the brand new sod. So, no they would not be welcome back due to lack of respect for myself and my property. They were given 1 star as 8 rules were broken.
