We were a three generation family of 10 people. The house was perfect for us. Great host - very helpful. House is generously and carefully equipped. Only negative comment - listing suggests that house is four minutes to downtown by rail. In fact, it is a 17 minute walk from the house to the train station.
We recently had a group of customers staying there during the Canadian Women's Open golf tournament and this house was perfect for this. Nice rooms good group gathering spaces.
The house was perfect for our group of 14. The pool is a great thing to have and the layout of the house was good. Great kitchen, great neighborhood, and the host was responsive. I recommend!
I had a few short days here with my family prior to our Disney cruise. The check in and host communication was excellent. It was a very well supplied house in a very wonderful location. Only thing we would have preferred was to not have our swim hoursso structured We all are early risers so would have enjoyed before our daily adventures Would highly recommend for a family get together
For this stay, there was 8 adults, 6 children. The home was spacious enough for all of us to connect but have our own space when we needed some alone time. The home is centrally located and felt super easy to get around (we rented a car). We arrived on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend in February and was told that the furnace was out of order and would not be fixed until after the stay. That was some very unfortunate news as there 14 of us and finding a last minute solution felt impossible. Alice provided us with extra space heaters and was very kind - it didn't end up affecting us too much! The house was clean, although we found some remnants of the previous occupiers (who did not seem to respect the house very much). All in all, I would stay there again!

Hi Nicole,
Thank you so much for your understanding and support. The furnace issue happened so suddenly that we weren’t sure what to do at the time. I was worried it might affect the kids, but I’m so grateful that you took such good care of them and still had a great stay. We truly appreciate it, and you’re always welcome back anytime!
Pros: Lots of bedrooms for everyone. Indoor pool and whirl pool area great. House location convenient - central location and right on bus route and close to Canada Line. Host is very responsive and there are lots of kitchenware and dinnerware for everyone.
Cons: no central air conditioning but some potable / window AC so some bedrooms can get warm by late afternoon and takes a while to cool down at night on hot days. No sitting area big enough for people to all congregate. No remote control or outside code entry for parking gate entry so a bit of an inconvenience, but not critical. No outdoor space to hang out or bbq…backyard can be refreshed a little.

Hi Amy,
Thank you sincerely for taking the time to share your valuable insights. We genuinely appreciate your thoughtful feedback.
Vancouver's summer climate truly offers a delightful experience, with pleasantly cool evenings even during the warmest hours, particularly after 8 PM when the temperature drops below 20°C. To ensure our guests' comfort, we have installed window air conditioning in the bedrooms on the top floor (2nd floor) to maintain a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day.
Our common areas, including the spacious living room and dining room, are designed to accommodate gatherings of 30-40 people, catering to a wide range of preferences.
We have implemented a safety measure by not sharing the exterior gate code for parking access. Instead, guests can conveniently control the parking gate by using a password-protected entrance to the backyard.
While the backyard offers ample space for small gatherings of around 20 people, we emphasize safety and respectful neighborly relations, which is why we discourage BBQ parties.
Your feedback helps us enhance our offerings and ensure a memorable experience for all our guests.
