A wonderful stay! We loved having a tucked in location yet so close to Kitsilano beach life. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to explore the best of Vancouver from a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

The house was amazing! Clean, in great condition, and well appointed and the beds were really comfortable. The outside spaces with all of the activities for the kids was a real bonus. My family and I (five adults, three children (16,12,8) stayed at the property Thanksgiving week, 2025. We were very pleased with the property in that it met all of our needs. The house easily accommodated the eight of us in terms of number of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. The house was warm and it was quiet at night. (We had concerns because one side of the house fronts on a fairly busy street.) The kitchen had more than ample dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, skillets, coffee makers, etc. Appliances were very new and worked flawlessly. The host was very responsive to any of our inquiries and graciously provided additional Nespresso "cups" when we ran out and were unable to find them locally. The property is on the "west side", more particularly, the Kitsilano area, so it is about a 20 minute drive to downtown, Gastown, Yaletown, and Granville Island. I note that the property has an outdoor seating area and grill but November did not lend itself to using that part of the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Vancouver and the house certainly added to that enjoyment.

Fabulous Vancouver on Trutch

We came for a wedding, stayed five nights and we picked the perfect spot. So much space and terrifically decorated, very thoughtful amenities. King bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly want in a kitchen. TV ready to rock and roll, great outdoor lighting. Definitely elated we chose this home...and the wedding was THE BEST, shoutout to my daughter!

Wedding stay

Our family stayed here for our son’s wedding. The property was perfect in every way. We had 8 of us plus our 2 grand babies and the house was perfect. Clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to host a night before gathering with permission thanks to the owner. The outdoor area was key and everything was perfect. We would recommend this place and definitely would come back. The location is close to everything. A close walk to shops and coffee shops. Brilliant!

Home away from Home

This was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. Our family was able to walk to bakeries and restaurants in the area feeling safe. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio spaces!

Lovely large home in great Vancouver neighborhood. Our group enjoyed our stay following an Alaska cruise adventure.A few things to note - there are signs of use about the house and property. A number of items merit repair and/or replacement (dishwasher, pull out couch, wine fridge, outside bannister). Owner does gave an onsite office and family makes a number of appearances. Also, previous renter filled garbage and recycling which created an overflow.Owner was very nice and communicated well. House accommodated our part size well.

This is a great vacation home. Communication was excellent with the host. Checkin was a breeze and all the basics we needed were there and available. My family spent multiple hours our in the side yard playing soccer, swinging in the hammock and relaxing under the covered patio. It is obvious that the owners are continuously working to make the home comfortable for the guests.

BEAUTIFUL HOME IN GREAT LOCATION

This was the perfect home to accommodate our family of 10 and not feel crowded. It was clean, beds comfy, check in was a breeze and our host Jamie was the best. Had a large well stocked kitchen and dining room that gave us plenty of seating to enjoy our dinners prepared on the grill. Backyard is amazing, again with plenty of seating and fantastic gas fire pit for cool evenings. Great location with restaurants, shops and beach all within walking distant and easy access to the city. We loved our stay at this home and all that Vancouver has to offer. Would definitely recommend.
