This memorable tiny home is anything but ordinary! It is the perfect place to stay for a couple, a family, singles, or close friends. It is packed with everything you need.

Located at Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park, the perfect location to access all of SLO and beyond! Additional Units available to rent in the park for larger parties!

One private room on the main floor with a queen bed. Upstairs loft with memory foam queen futon and full size bed. Stairs are steep and loft is only 4 ft, fun for kids and adults to hang out in. TV's on each floor and full bathroom and kitchen!

Entire Home

I will be available during your stay, as your host, through the platform messaging system.

The tiny home is located inside the coastal Creek mobile home park. There are some long-term tenants and six other short term vacation rental spaces in the park. Your neighbors are all super nice and generally stick to themselves.

Coastal Creek Park is one way traffic with access on the northern end of the park. One parking stall per reservation unless specified otherwise.

Stairs to loft are steep, and loft is only 4 ft high, must be able to climb on your knees to access.

Additional Homes in the park available to rent for larger parties!

Weekend in SLO

Perfect for two. We attended a weekend of Scentwork Trials with our Boston Terrier plus a wonderful dinner out for my husband’s birthday. This space is cozy and clean. Lots of places to walk the dogs just outside of the property and only minutes to downtown. It was a delight.

This is our 2nd stay at the property and we love everything about it. Well kept and quiet yet close to downtown, campus and Central Coast Brewing! We will be back again soon.

Fun little house

The house itself was wonderful. Better than we even hoped it could be. Everything clean and well decorated, fun place to stay for less than a hotel would’ve cost us. Everything worked well, absolutely no complaints with the property. Host was a little slow to reply to questions but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Great for a short visit for four - perfect for longer if two

The photos for this tiny home are spot on. 80+ parents stayed two nights and we 50+ joined them in the loft for one. Wouldn't want to crawl around up there for more than a weekend but it was reasonable, convenient, and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend.

Great price for a quick stay

My friends and I had a quick overnight stay in SLO and this tiny house fit our needs and pocketbook! We weren't planning on staying at the house much and needed an accessible basecamp near town. House and neighbors were quiet, easy access in and out, house was clean and tidy. Overall, it's a comfortable place for a couple with kids (top floor is only about 4 feet high) or four adults (with two short ones who aren't claustrophobic).

Cute and quiet

This was our first time staying in a tiny home, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. Overall the space was clean and comfortable, and it was backed up against a creek which helped to keep it cool. The tiny home is located right next to a cemetery, which we knew ahead of time because of the maps, but if that freaks you out be warned! Since we were staying there to go to wedding, I was hoping there would be amenities like an iron or a steamer. If there was one, we couldn't find it. There also wasn't a dishwasher, which would explain why the silverware was dirty. It would have been nice to have drying rack for dishes as well. Overall the communication with owner was prompt and clear, check-in was easy, and the place did the trick.

Hi Taylor! There is usually a steamer in the bathroom cupboard, unfortunately people love to snatch those for some reason. For next time, you're welcome to shoot me a message and I'd have brought one for you! Thanks for the feedback on the dish drying rack, I just got one ordered! My kids and I love visiting the "Dorn Pyramid", but wanted to note it is not "right next to" the cemetery; in between the San Luis Cemetery and Coastal Creek Village is field space with farm land, mission thrift store, Academy of karate and Proton Motor Sports. You can not see the cemetery from the park :) Thanks again for your review!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This home is one of multiple homes available to rent at this park. It is a brand new unit as of 2022, and has been meticulously cleaned and maintained.

We purchased this mobile home park and had big dreams for a tiny home community, that allowed families and friends to stay in an affordable and comfortable space to explore our favorite place on earth!

We immediately replaced 11/15 homes with brand new, beautiful homes, and redid the entire property.

We’ve created a space that has hosted thousands of guests now! It is a peaceful and quite community that guests have come to love.
There are several long term guest that are incredible nice and keep to themselves.

Parking is tight, but we’ve managed a dedicated space to each home, including several first come first served reserved spaces!
