We had a nice stay with easy check-in/out procedures. Property felt safe with convenient ABC store across the street. Close to many shops and restaurants.

Perfect condo at a perfect location

The condo itself was clean and well furnished. Perfect for 2 couples. The location was great - nice beach in front (with some snorkleing), Farmers Market, bakery, ABC Store and Shave Ice across the street. Not nearly as busy of an area as south of us so it was really nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Family Vacation

Condo was in a good center location. We did everything we wanted to do and the spot was convenient. Kids enjoyed the beach and pool and view was wonderful.

Great Weekend

This was a great location right on Sugar Beach. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Easy access to restaurants and activities.

Fantastic!

This apartment was everything we hoped for! It was spotless, has gorgeous views and we loved the location. The management company was wonderful, checking in with us after arrival to make sure everything was good. I would certainly stay here again.

Amazing stay in Kihei, Maui

Our stay in this condo was fantastic. The location was great - right on the beach/beach view. Famer's market was across the street and a ABC store . It was not in a busy location so very quiet but had all the conveniences we needed. The condo was very clean and was big enough for 4 adults. Thank you for our waonderful stay in Kihei.

Excellent quiet, clean place

From booking to check-in to check out Alli resorts was excellent. Donnie was at the condo at the time we arrived. Also fixed a broken shower immediately on a Sunday. Great service!

Paradise on the beach!

We loved this place. It was the perfect location for all the activities we wanted to do as well as a great place to relax and make home base. The little market across the street had all the essentials between grocery store visits and the beach was amazing for morning strolls. All communication with the host was great and the place was as wonderful as described on line. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location!

Not only was the beach right outside your doors but restaurants and shopping just a few miles down the road. The ABC store and Ululani’s shaved iced literally across the street along with the farmers market and a place to get coffee and bakery items if you wanted. The property management company was so attentive and helpful and got back to us promptly when needed. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Amazing stay!

The place is beautiful and just as advertised. The easy access to the Long Beach was amazing. We even saw some whales blowing mist into the air on the evening of our arrival. Weather was perfect, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Oh, and I highly recommend the service where you create a sjopping list online and they have it all waiting for you in your kitchen, fridge and freezer on the day of your arrival!

Fantastic Condo/Great Location

The condo is fantastic and exactly as advertised. Property manager met us at the unit to make sure we were checked in and had everything we needed. Kihei beach resort is literally steps from the beach and the location is very central to the island. We had great weather and outstanding fresh food each night. Hope to come back in the future.

This was heaven on earth.

Our family spent 10 days here in early August and absolutely loved it! The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos and other reviews. Clean. Well stocked. Comfortable. Best of all, in the perfect location for us! The beach was just outside our doors, quiet and uncrowded. The sunsets over the mountains were beautiful every single evening. Put on a pot of coffee and walk across the street to the Sugar Beach Bake Shop for freshly made Malasadas and a visit to the Farmers Market! Later afternoon , stroll across again to Ululanis Shaved Ice to cool off! My teenagers loved it! Centrally located between Lahaina, Wailea and the city, we had easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, shops and other beaches. Waking up to the palm trees and the view of the ocean was spectacular! We were sad when it was time to leave and can't wait to return. This will be the place we seek to stay in again in the future!

Perfect island home away from home

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It worked perfectly for our family of four. It was incredibly clean and well put together. The company that manages the unit was attentive and accommodating and make the whole process very smooth. It is situated in a wonderful area which makes it easy to get to many things on the island. We loved the farmers market right across the street and the shaved ice. There is also a small abc store that we ran to for essentials but its only a short drive to the larger stores as well. The beach out front of the condo is perfect for walking, except for at high tide which you can still manage but you will get wet ;) The beach however is not super ideal for very small children (which we had with us) the waves were a bit too strong at times (perfect for older kids or boogy boarding) and they preferred the more lagoon type areas such as baby beach on the north shore, but over all it was absolutely wonderful to be on the water and to hear the waves crashing all the time. The unit is also situated next door to the Kihei canoe club and every morning and evening you get the treat of watching them row back and fourth out front and on Tuesdays and thursdays they offer a visitors paddle which we took advantage of and it was the highlight of our trip! So lovely. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back.

Great Place!

We loved the condo, beach, and surrounding area. Everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The beach was right there and so quiet. We loved sitting in the lawn chairs in the grassy area by the beach and enjoying the ocean waves. This building is in an area that is next to the Lihei Canoe Club, so every day we watched canoes and double canoes go out on the ocean. My husband even got some wonderful sunset shots with the silhouette of a canoer. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the club takes out tourists on the canoes. Unfortunately we discovered this too late to do it. Pro tip--groceries are extremely expensive. We didn't realize until we already made out grocery run that the management included in our folder a discount membership to one of the local grocery chains. Would have save us some money! Overall, we were very pleased. The only problem was that the sliding door to the balcony did not lock and the board to fix that was warped. Management came over and put a new one in the same day. I do wish we could have gone into the office/lounge area from the pool and beach to use the restroom. The one on the other side of the building was inconvenient.

Great Location

Perfect spot to enjoy the Island. Conveniently located across the street is a small store, farmers market, and the best shave ice ever. Will happily stay again!

The location was perfect! Beach was not busy and beautiful

Glad we chose kihei instead of lahaina. Less crowded and conveniently located to lots of good places to eat. The grassy area by the beach was perfect for watching kids play and enjoy some son!
