Very nice unit with pleasant decor. The view was beautiful and really can’t be beat. Enjoyed breakfast each morning sitting out on the lanai and sipping a cool drink in the evening. Had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We heard the ocean all day, was right next to the canoe club and watched the canoes go out every morning, beach every day, Ululani's shaved ice and ABC Store across the street. Property staff were super responsive and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Nice quiet spot in convenient location

The condo had everything we needed. The complex was under renovations, which we didn't know when we booked, but wasn't a big deal. The beach and pool were great, and were nearly empty the entire week we were there. Great location. Quick drive to airport, Lahaina, and Wailea. Would definitely like to cone again.

You should stay here!!

This property in Kihei is perfect for a group of four! It is clean, well supplied (there are beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a cooler), and literally steps from the beach! Maui has a lot of beautiful beaches, but my favorite was hanging out right outside of the property. This beach is not as popular, and therefore is usually empty. Communication with the host was wonderful. All of our questions were answered within 24 hours. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Oceanfront view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! Great location! The place was clean. Oceanfront property. Check in was easy, all information was in the app. Updated bathrooms. Things to improve on, wipe down the drawers in the bathroom, there was hair in the drawers. And dust the ceiling. The popcorn ceiling collects dust and can look like spiders webs.

great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best thinga about the condo was the 3 sided view off the lanai as it was a corner unit. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with amenities. We picked this resort because we love to walk, and walk we did -- along beautiful Sugar Beach. Another treat was watching the canoes go out in the morning. This was/is a great condo for 2 couples. Our bedroom on the street side was quite noisy but my husband can sleep through anything and I wore ear plugs every night ??

Everything as expected

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. It is very well located, right across the street from an ABC store, the farmers market, Ululanis and the Sugar Beach bakeshop. The beach (Sugar) in front of the building has miles of walkable sand and good swimming. It was also fun to watch the canoe club out on the water first thing every morning. The pool was heated and a comfortable temperature. The elevator was also in service, even though at the time of our booking they said it may not be. Amazing unobstructed views from the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the air conditioner and ceiling fans kept us very comfortable. Even had in suite laundry. This unit is centrally located for all you island adventures and only 20 mins from the airport! Highly recommended!

A week of paradise

We stayed here for a week in mid June and everything was just as it said it would be. Very comfy beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The unit is right beside the Outrigger Canoe club and we absolutely loved watching the boats go in and out in the mornings and hearing their horns and Chants. There is also an amazing bakery, Hawaiian Ice Place and Farmers Market right across the road. The location is wonderful. Far enough away from town to not be crowded but close enough to be at a restaurant or grocery store in about 10 minutes. We loved how it was very central on the island as well. 15 minutes to the airport but we could be anywhere on the island relatively quickly. The host were very nice and very responsive to anything we needed. The only thing that was a very small negative but out of the host control was the water quality in front of the unit was a little murky but just swim out about 15-20 yards and the water gets clearer. It’s just the sand making it cloudy. We had a wonderful week here in paradise and if we ever come back we would definitely stay here again.

Would definitely stay again

ACTUAL CONDO:: +spotless upon arrival +updated bathrooms with tile/stone showers (listing pics have not been updated to show bathroom updates) +kitchen had everything we needed (we didn't cook much tho) +beds were very comfortable. from the master room with the king, you can hear the waves breaking even with windows closed at night. such a peaceful sound. +a/c worked wonderfully +view off balcony is completely accurate from photos...amazing! -Our ONLY "con": We wished that the extra chairs for seating in the living room were more comfortable like the couch, not just wicker chairs. Small complaint. LOCATION: +Being in north Kihei, we were only 5-7 minutes from the south side of Kihei, and maybe 15 minutes down to Wailea +Being on the north side also shortened our drives to Lahaina (25-30 mins) and further north. It was also a short distance to get on the highway to head back over to the area by Walmart, Target etc. (That was about 15 mins). COMPLEX/GROUNDS: +the lawn looking out from the beach is like a golf course green...very soft and manicured and the lounge chairs out there were never full. Not a lot of shade for that area because it's only the tall palms. But with the breeze, it was perfect to lounge in the mornings and evenings. +/- pool was on the small side but it was never busy. very clean. +the beach out front is definitely walkable and soft, water isn't very clear so we didn't really swim, only waded out. +there is one elevator but it is centrally located and was only a 20 second walk to the front door of the unit. Was not busy and only had to "wait" a couple of times. +prompt communication with management. +/- always found a parking space but the spots are small (which is the case all over Maui) We rented a small Nissan and it was a squeeze. A large SUV may have issues here and most places on the island. OVERALL: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much easier coming and going than traipsing through a large resort. This felt very private and we highly recommend unit 410 at Kihei Beach Resort!

Maui in January

This property was just as shown on the website. Great location, right on the ocean. We could see whales from our Lanai. Property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this property.

Thanksgiving 2024

Wow, this property was called home by the first evening we settled in. We woke to an astonishing view, outriggers going by, sunsets each night better than any we have seen in our lives. We explored every local beach on this side of the island, all a quick drive from this amazing location. The extra window in the dining area really is the icing on the cake. We left a turtle cutting board that I made to match the cabinets and kitchen, it is perfect with all of their art, which also very much inspired my little creative side. We will be back!!

Great Maui stay

Amazing location. Incredible Beach view right across the street from us was a farmers market, which made it very easy to get fruits.

Morning beach walks and evening sunsets!

We had a great time staying at this property. The only issue we had was a last minute change in our room because of construction that was going on above the original unit rented. The location was great and made for some outstanding sunset and beach views. Some of the interior was a bit dated with popcorn celings and shower doors that would come off the tracks but overall was fine because we spent most of our time exploring the island instead of at the condo.

Amazing view and great location!

This place was great! I cannot believe the view. We loved seeing the outriggers ever morning from the lanai. Since it’s a corner unit there was a view on the side of the unit and a better view off the side of lanai. The location was great. A short walk for coffee and a pastry across the street in the morning. The shaved ice place was always busy and with good reason because it was awesome. Then the farmers market and ABC store were so convenient for everything. I thought this was a good location to get to anywhere on the island. We will definately stay here again on our next Maui trip.

Great Summer Stay!!

Excellent property. The location is awesome with ABC, Bakery, Shave Ice, and Farmers Market across the street. The beach is usable as well. The view was amazing! It is a great setup for families with teenagers. The beds were comfortable and parking was never an issue—overall great place to stay.

A few snags but overall nice place to stay.

We stayed here for five days at the end of February. When we entered the condo and looked out the balcony, we were immediately aghast at what was sitting on the beach right in front of us -- a huge, rusted, decommissioned military boat. The view was not what we paid for and workers on the boat made it impossible to have privacy or quiet. However, I wrote to the management company requesting some financial remuneration, since we would never have stayed here had we known we would be confronted with the rust heap. Fortunately they gave us back $500, about 10 percent of what we paid for five days. The boat was also later towed away, and even though it was in our sight on the side, at least it wasn't blocking our view. However, the boat had been there at least a month before we arrived and they should have warned us ahead of time. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo. We were grateful for the ample towel supply, toilet paper and the few supplies in the kitchen such as plastic wrap, salt, pepper, etc. The location was great and made for easy drives everywhere. The washer/dryer were convenient. Although it was clean, the cleaning fluids used before we got there were so strong, it took us the entire five days of airing the condo to diminish the smell. Also, although it's modern and nicely furnished, don't expect a luxury, up-to-date condo. It has outdated popcorn ceilings, and kitchen cabinets that were difficult to open in a couple of cases, for instance, because there were no knobs.

The BOAT!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE this location! Second time staying there!! The boat was a HUGE distraction from the "ocean view" and the noise from dealing with the boat- pumps etc.was very very loud. Hard to sit outside and have conversations. So that was not relaxing for us- until the evening then quite but there was the BOS U in our view of the ocean. NOT that serene ocean view we paid for or came for.Wondering if would be some compensation for that whole endeavor??? We know you had no control over the circumstances but seems like anyone staying at Kihei Beach should not be charged the full amount for an ocean view/relaxing grounds and our vacation. We felt like a small recliner and another comfortable chair in the living room would be helpful. Chairs not very comf- couch was great! And the above tenants seem to move their deck chairs alot and could hear them very clearly- usually when we were heading to bed. Maybe same was happening to whoever was below us??? Maybe better patio furniture. Again love this place and your services were great! But THE BOAT sure put a dampper on our expensive vacation- absolutely no beach to even walk on. And as we watched other try to walk on beach- many fell and was not safe. Apprehending back on any compensation for this BOAT that was not part of our stay!!! Paid top dollar for not a top spot 😕🤔

Nice condo in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four stayed here the last five nights of our trip. Clean and comfortable unit with great views. Check-in went smoothly. The location is very convenient for day trips. We walked across the street for shave ice and to pick up groceries several times during our stay. The area is less fancy than Wailea but a great value for the money. We would stay here again for sure.
