Welcome to Time and Tides! Where you have all the Time and Tides you want to enjoy the beautiful Crystal Coastline of Emerald Isle, NC. Incredible ocean front property in private gated Ocean Reef community just steps to the beach with your own private access! Second (top) floor with priceless views!

Enjoy both the ocean and the sound from two decks this unit has to offer! Take in the incredible sunrises and sunsets from your own oversized oceanfront deck. Private beach access is just steps away. Very own private outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy watching the sound from the deck on the front entrance where the unit has close access to the private pool of Ocean Reef with tennis courts, basketball and shuffleboard too!

The unit has recently been renovated for all your costal vibe pleasures. Enjoy watching the 55" TV with your friends and family with the glow of a new electric fireplace, or enjoy the floor to ceiling views of the ocean. Or do both!

The master bedroom features a king bed, 43" TV and 2 nightstands complete with built in usb chargers and electrical outlets on the base of the costal lamps and two oversized closets. The master bathroom has an oversized walk in shower with two shower heads and a soaking tub for a great night of relaxation. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean or wake up to the incredible sunrise right from your own bed!

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a twin size bunk bed, 6 drawer dresser and closet. This bedroom also features black out curtains for the perfect night sleep.

Kitchen is stocked for making meals and includes granite countertops with a raised island for seating with bar stools. Sit and enjoy your meals in the dinning area while watching the views of the ocean.

Also included: New in 2023 a full size washer and dryer, new central heat and air conditioner in 2023, two cable Smart TVs, electric fireplace, free WIFI, a Keurig, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and and freezer with ice maker.

This unit is rented weekly Saturday to Saturday with check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Please be respectful of these times for cleaning purposes.

Outdoor parking available for two cars in front of the A2 garage door located at 2511 Ocean Drive, Building 6, Unit A2.

We provide linens for all beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and washcloths and trash bags. We do not provide beach towels, paper products or personal items.

Refundable security deposit required ($500). This is in addition to rental rate and does not apply to rental rate. The security deposit is refundable after approved inspection with no damage, theft or fines to the property.

THE FOLLOWING HOA RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES CAN BE ENFORCED WITH FINES AND/OR EVICTION:
NO OVERNIGHT RV PARKING
NO PETS OF ANY KIND
NO FIRES ON THE BEACH
NO GRILLING WITHIN 30 FEET OF THE BUILDING
NO HANAING ANY ITEMS ON THE DECK OR PORCH RAILINGS

This is the most amazing place. It is beautiful with everything you need and the views are breathtaking. I loved being able to walk right out the back door and onto the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our 8th year in a row coming to Emerald Isle for a family beach week. We’ve stayed at different places over the years and we all agree that we LOVE this place the best! Decor is so beautiful done…from the bedding, to the wall decor! Bright but still calm and relaxing and of course beachy! The walk to the beach from the condo goes without saying…so nice and convenient! View from the condo is stunning! Owners are top notch and so easy to communicate. They even offered to let us extend our stay a bit because of the hurricane (which hardly affected our stay). We will be back next year for sure!

This is a great beachfront rental! It has the most amazing views of the ocean and is just a few steps away. Kitchen was stocked with anything you’d need. It has good mattresses in the bedrooms, probably some of best we’ve had at a rental. The owners were very responsive and kind when we had a very small issue. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Tides and Tranquility

Our family escaped to the coast for a much-needed break filled with sunshine, salty air, and simple joys. From lazy mornings drinking coffee on the dec to quiet evenings watching the sunset, every moment was a reminder to slow down and just enjoy being together. With sandy toes, sun-kissed skin, and hearts full of gratitude, we returned home feeling rested, reconnected, and refreshed. We can’t wait to come back for another amazing vacation!

June Stay!

Excellent location and lovely condo. Two couples so would have preferred a nice queen bed in second bedroom. Stairs become an issue after awhile.

Great Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Emerald Isle. The close proximity to the beach was our favorite part! The condo was very nicely decorated and well equipped. The gated entrance to the condo provided a secure, safe location. The views from the balcony and living room were beautiful! We loved walking the beach every morning and night and enjoyed the nearby pool as well. We can’t wait to return and hope to do so next year. The host made booking a breeze and check in was convenient.

Emerald Aisle, A Hidden Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful, what got me most was the views of the ocean, every morning and every evening we found ourselves on the balcony sitting and talking and listening to the waves.We stayed 4 nights and every day we tried a different restaurant and each time the food and service was great, would definitely stay again.My one and only drawback was the second bedroom was for kids, it had a bunk bed, but the couple that stayed in that room made it work.

Awesome getaway

We came for a 4 night stay, needing a break. So nice to walk in and see the beach - the views from the living room feel like you are practically on the beach. Direct access from the porch onto the beach, umbrella chairs table on the porch is a perfect spot to sit and read / listen / stare at the waves. We hardly left.

Gem of Emerald Isle

We love Emerald Isle and have stayed in several great homes there, but this one is our favorite and we will be returning as often as possible. Why? *Great location: a bit off the beaten track, it's a bit more private and quiet. Still, close to groceries and a quick pick up store right around the corner. *Amazing views: walk right into a wall of windows looking out onto the Atlantic. The master also has an ocean view and the guestroom has views of the Sound. We spent a great deal of time just sitting and watching the pelicans feed and the waves crash. *Lovely decor and furniture that is also comfortable: It looks great and feels great! Comfortable furniture and extra touches like soft pillows and extra throw blankets in a basket near the electric fireplace. All the creature comforts. *Extras: a great kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal - OR, our preference: Surf's Up seafood a quick drive away for the best shrimp, grouper, or burgers. If you love fudge or need a souvenir, "Elly's" is great too. Easy trash routines with no worries about rolling out bins. Great beach access for morning and afternoon strolls. And very helpful hosts who were very responsive and incredibly friendly too. Highly recommend, don't think twice, book it! Thanks for everything, Karey! We can't wait to come back! Nola & John Mc

Best rental on Emerald Isle!! A most gracious host, newly & completely renovated beautiful, well appointed 2BR 2BA condo on top level with direct ocean front access - views were absolutely amazing of sunrises and sunsets! Couldn’t have asked for a better location - loved the neighborhood was gated. Will be back!!!

NC Beach Vacation

My family really enjoyed our vacation in Emerald Isle, NC! The condo is an absolutely beautiful, beachfront property. The surrounding areas were great too! Would definitely visit there again!

Great Location

The house was clean and in a quiet gated community. This condo was on the second floor of a 4 unit building. Views off the back were amazing and the convenient access to the beach, water hose to wash off feet and our beach supplies made it simple and easy. Karen was very responsive and helpful in our during our stay. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay!!

Wow! This VRBO could not have been any better. The accommodations are just beautiful! We found the unit so clean and so very comfortable for our family of four. The views are just stunning and we never tired of enjoying our morning coffee out on the deck or relaxing with a good book with the awesome view. The owners have renovated the property beautifully and we could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Also, the owners were quick to communicate to any of our question and were lovely to work with. We look forward to renting again in the future!!
