4th of July Stay

House was nice and away from the crowded Parkway, yet very close to drive to everything in town. Very well stocked and had nice snacks for our family. Will stay again.

We can't say enough good things about CanPie Rancher! Excellent place to stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. A quick easy drive to the parkway and all that the area had to offer. So many added touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Very pet friendly also. We have it on our list for a return visit and will encourage others to stay when visiting the Pigeon Forge area!

Family Trip

Had an amazing time! The house was perfect for what we needed. Planned the trip to celebrate our twins turning 21 and had a lot of activities planned. The house was central to all and made everything so easy. The place was beautiful, very clean, the snacks were appreciated and the location was perfect. Convenient comfortable place to stay

The house was homey, conveniently located not too far from everything. It is a little hard to back up with another vehicle in the driveway. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and it had pretty much everything you needed.

First family trip to Pigeon Forge

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to drive to wherever we wanted to go. The small road and drive were very different to us since we are from flat northern Indiana! We would definitely stay there again.

The furniture does not match the listing photos and it is not very comfortable to sit on. The kitchen has Kcups but no Keurig coffee maker. Other than those 2 inconveniences everything else was great.

We had an absolute blast. This place is less than 10 minutes from dollywood. But, its like staying out in the country. Cant really see that anything is around you. Very secluded and quiet little road. Totally loved our stay. House was very spacious and clean. Everything a family needed in the kitchen. Loved the snacks privided. When I am not working or traveling, I am busy taking care of my plants or painting. My husband Jay and I love hosting family and friends. This is our first time hosting strangers and are very excited to share our home 'CanPie Rancher' with the world. Appa is our dog child, he is lab/retriever mix and a handful. We fell in love with smokies on our first family trip. We visit every year and looking forward to sharing our space.

Why they chose this property

This is a special place for my husband and I since every piece was hand-picked by us. It welcomes you with plenty of good vibes and a whole lot of love. Wake up to the beautiful bird songs and tranquility the outdoor space offers. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee by the gazebo and watch the birds by the feeder by the back patio. And in the evenings, bring your best grill game and outdoor campfire stories to end the night.

For those of you working remotely, our dinner table and breakfast areas make great substitutes for work spaces, with plenty of plug points and high-speed internet. My personal favorite is the backyard, this way I can let the birds join my zoom call.

Pet Policy: Pets below 50 lbs. stay free!! If there is more than one pet or a large breed >50lbs, a one time fee of $40 is applicable.

1. Please bring all your pet essentials including blankets or cushions for the pets to rest or sleep.
2. Please keep pets away from the Couch or Beds.
3. Please do not leave pet poop around the property. kindly clean up after.
