Location, Location, Location... Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, Pelican Inlet offers great water fun. One block from the beautiful Crescent Beach, one block away from boat launch and 15 mins. drive to St Augustine historic district with lively nightlife. Boat parking available on the property with beautiful sunset at Matanzas River. Beautifully decorated with nautical/beach theme, remodeled kitchen, master bedroom with King size bed and bathroom. The cozy guest room includes a twin bunk bed and a double bed. Additional sleeping sofa bed in the living room. Kick back and relax! Take a dip in the pool, walk to the beach, fish in the river, play tennis/pickleball, or grill at the barbecue area.

Super Cute Condo in Great Location!

Had a relaxing stay at Crescent Beach, great local restaurants, quiet complex, less than 10 miles from St. Augustine and walkable access to dog friendly beach! Condo was clean and well equipped for an enjoyable stay, will book again when in the area.

Family vacation

Great place for a holiday weekend getaway. Right across the street from the beach and convenient to lots of St. Augustine shopping and activities. Host was a great communicator. Would book again!

Great place

Place was great. Very short walk across A1A to the beach access. The beach was very open and not busy at all. It was wonderful walking on the beach with the dog in the morning and seeing the sunrise.

We had a great time. The property was great! My husband, our children and my mom went for our anniversary and I messaged the Host and told them that and they went above and beyond to write out a sweet card and leave us a gift box of chocolates! Definitely would stay here again!

Cozy Crescent Beach Condo

We had a wonderful stay in St Augustine. The condo was close to the camp we were attending. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens ever. We had a few issues with check in & the bathrooms were not well cleaned, but Alex was very communicative, super quick & very helpful.

Beach get away

Super nice place, loved that the beach was five minutes away!! The bunk bed room did have lots of mold on the wood on bunk beds and the queen bed frames that we noticed when we were stripping the beds. Other than that was very nice for our vacation!

Great condo for a nice beach escape!

My family and I had such an awesome time at the condo so close to the beach! It was clean and comfy, just what we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies and that is usually my biggest worry since we like to cook. Although there are some nice restaurants beach too. My kids favorite part besides surfing the waves, it was being able to do some fishing. The area was pretty quiet and they got to enjoy the pool and play some tennis. We also used the grill area. Communication about checking in and out wasn’t an issue either so overall I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed beach escape.

Suited our needs, could be better

We needed a simple place to stay to enjoy time with friends down the street. We got that. Kitchen and TV use was fantastic; TV especially was important to us for the Olympics! The unit itself could use some updating and simple creature comforts that would set it apart from a rental standpoint (better light in the common area, better AC at night, 2-ply toilet paper). The photos make it seem the unit is nicer than it was in reality. We know from past experience there are better options. We are undecided if we would stay here again, we will consider other options in the area.

Thanks for the valuable feedback. The AC is brand new, perhaps user issue not knowing how to adjust the Smart Thermostat. I will add printed instructions for our future guests. I’m sorry you didn’t like the decoration. This is our family happy place at the beach and we take care of it with love and dedication. We thank you for your staying with us.
